Is the bifurcation happened in 2014 is legitimate ? If it is , then why can't AP gets its special status as mentioned in bifurcation bill...I think as per the speaker here...Kaanoon must come into picture now...Court has to finalize this step...

If Centre gives special status to AP, other states poorer than AP will ask for special status. We understand ur emotions but its ur failure to unite people of whole andhra together. Centre is forced to bifurcate because of pressure within the state

@@asoulwithsixsenses4736 ...then it should not have been a part of bifurcation bill...if it is included in the bill means it must be given to AP under any circumstances...if it is not given means ...how can bifurcation only gets validity when special status is also a part of the same bill...means once the bifurcation bill is approved, both Telangana Formation and Special Status gets approved..if one only approved means there is a big question of the bill validity ...this should be given by law and courts...

@@mattymatty5583 There is no mention of Special category status in bifurcation act. It's oral promise made in Rajya sabha by PM Manmohan singh, that to for 5 years. It's like freebie politics to cool down people. AP is not a hilly state, it has fertlie land, abundant water, large coast, more productive middle class people - so, AP has the potential to develop without SC status. First, settle ur capital issue, have long term policy, soon AP will regain its economy power🇮🇳👍
