I wish you could see wild overworld shiny Pokemon in the original game. It would make shiny hunting a whole lot easier in SWSH. Especially considering SWSH doesn’t have any other shiny hunting methods outside of encountering and dynamax adventures.

Honestly I agree. The only methods I know are the Brilliant aura thing and a minor chaining method, so in all honesty SWSH doesn't have any GOOD methods

One thing to remember, very-strong looking Pokémon are shiny locked, so every shiny you see is possible to catch

Apparently shininess in Sword and Shield is determined upon the Pokémon appearing in the overworld along with its stats and such. 1) This is such a shame because they look SO GREAT in the overworld in this game and 2) We've probably all run past a bajillion shinies but never known whilst playing these games 😅

You know what would be cool for a million. A stream that lasts until you catch every shiny in one Pokémon game, full odds. So if you dont find them all in one day, you leave the stream going all night. We could even get a cool house tour.

Well to be fair the whole point of the video is that he could only use shiny overworld pokemon. And you saw how long it took him just to get his 'starter' caught. This video would have been delayed massively if he had to get the shinies legit

@@caiusdrakegaming8087He could've given himself a limited supply of Master Balls (with an additional challenge clause like having to catch the first shiny in each route/area, like that shiny nuzlocke he did), but that would lead to a different kind of entertainment compared to what we got. Half the fun of this video comes from the risk of failing shinies, and we wouldn't get that with Master Balls (though having to work with something silly like Thick Fat Azumarill or Feebas with less options/chances to change would be hilarious).

Man I wish shinys were this easy to get in sword and shield without the shiny charm. The only reason I get shinys in sword and shield is because I'm subbed to you. I hope that's also the reason Mickey gets his shinys before your amazing videos. :)
