I find no point in holding such interviews for ISSB. ISSB's interviews are way more easier and no matter how bad it goes, still thr are probability of you getting recommended and on the flip side, sometimes you deliver quite good but you are shocked with not recommendation. ISSB highly prefer Army Officers sons and secondly those from Cadet colleges. Civilians who get recommended themselves get astonished after knowing about their recommendation.

Issb doesn't look at a candidates family and they recommend on the basis of the performance of the candidate not his family
