Hi there! My name is PMEvolleyball and I'm a volleyball player and content creator. Today was another Volleyball Match of the 2024 LBC men's Volleyball Season, the Men's Volleyball Team I play for. In this Volleyball Match, we played against Wilkes University. After a long stretch of the toughest part of our schedule, I feel that things finally started to click for our team. For most of this match we were doing a lot of great things on offense, I believe it was one of my best performances as a setter all year! I ended this match with 35 total assists. Thought your support of your teammates this match was great. I am going to throw out a couple suggestions. Make sure you cover your hitters every time you can. Nobody knows earlier where the ball is going than you. I am not a fan of swing blocking ( yes, I am extremely old school I realize) but try and read set distance to the outside earlier if you can. There are times when you are flying past a ball that is set way inside. It is an extremely common issue when I watch current high level volleyball. And I watch more than is likely healthy. Again nice job on leading your team, and congrats on the win. I am sure your team needed that.

Why do you guys set so many out of system balls to the back row hitter? Been watching all these matches and the error percentage on thats gotta be sky high.

true I noticed that too. That maybe is there strategy for out of system balls but its been shown ineffective for so many games. Hope the coach see this and make some adjustments.

Honestly, aside from all the funky vid that pme does, he is actually really good. Could honestly be a setter for a D1 school and still would perform. Dude got solid height, serve, defense outside of just setting lol
