While I was living in Japan back in 2009, a friend introduced me to this song and it quickly became my go to 'go home' song I'd listen to at 8am, after all night partying and I'd be high as a kite and loving life! I come here to listen to it frequently to remind me of those days.. I'm now living a new life in Bristol and those Japan days seem so long ago, but this song brings the good memories of free living and young love coming rushing back :)

Focused Extent well why wouldn't they bring down the servers? GT6 is failing and there were more people playing GT5 than GT6, so what do they do? They take the servers down for GT5 so people are forced to buy GT6

I have played "Gran Turismo 5" since I got it. Some times I have caught this song playing just before a race or a race was over. It took me a while to find this song. I have played a wicked long race session and I have heard this song. It's so cool that you can't find on the game's built in music tracks when you look for them. Thanks for posting this.

I remember when I switched from Xbox 360 to ps3 because I didn't want to pay to play online (I know haha now 😂) Gt5 was one of my first ps3 games and this song was played so much that summer while playing gt5 or lbp or deadnation. Also the old school mechanic shop piano song was oddly satisfying and that damn jazz lounge music that got stuck in my head lol. I miss Gt5 and wish I could be playing it again on my stupid ps5.

I gotta say, I absolutely love SCE and their inclination towards using (somewhat) obscure, yet excellent music in their games. LittleBigPlanet is a recent example that opened my eyes to a wealth of great music, and GT5 is on it's way to do the same.

I mean GT5 was the greatest IMO due to mainly the race soundtracks were just better and so was the menu music and race menu music, not only that, the rain physics for gt5 were immaculate! I just enjoy this song because everytime i hear it, i see the loading before the cars start hitting the track and you hear them in background. Just amazing. A race where the day turns to night is just my fave thing

@@antonybonilla8620 played a many hours on GT5 and back to playing it on a PS2 slim I picked up at local game store. My all-time favorite car was the blue corvette with the white racing stripes down the center I won a many oval track races on that to get more money ha.

not really. i heard this in gt5 first too. And when changes came out i just blinked: wtf?! the singing is just sounds so familiar.. i knew it was on the game, and when i found it.. this remix is a really good choice to the gt universe, but i cant think about this track to listen like i listen to changes. Changes is so simple, but also so complex, with the piano and the trombite, and the chorus fits so perfectly, like in the original pnau song.

Benjamin Biliczki i gotta say i don't like it at all.. mostly because i'm already sick of deep house tracks with saxophone parts in it, they are already kinda unoriginal these days :/ also the breakbot remix has the funkier groove and i dig that. aaand i like the piano here better. but yeah, just my opinion, if you enjoy changes more then that's fine :)

Oh come on 6's lobbies were equally fun. I remember being in a midnight Nurburgring lobby and following someone in a Senna F3 car because they were trying to lap with no headlights. I followed them with my car (I think it was the X2011 or X2014) so that my high beams could guide their lap from behind.
