I started to smile forcing it, minute after the forced smile turned into a spontaneous, and finally I started to laugh loudly and joy, for now the smile does not go out of my face. It's amazing, thank you again :D

***** I became angry at work today, and began to forcing a smile. I felt a bit like a clown. I went aside and I made a short meditation, still enforces a smile. After few minutes I I started to feel deliciously, and the problem which bring me frustration has solved itself, in my head. I returned to work, and everything started to act as I have imagined. There is nothing more powerful to solve some issue like go meditate with it, and better not even think about the problem during meditation, because thoughts come only type - it pissed me off; I do not want to do it; I need to rest; This is annoying etc.. When I forced clown-smile and just breathe the solution comes itself, spontaneously. Sometimes when I think about the problem, but in negative context, is much worse. I learned to, and I know that the solution comes itself, just leave it and get back to work. :D Smile power :D Thank you Brian, it's really awesome to have someone like you with all these great teachings :D. "Have an awesome day" :D

Awesome how basic simple techniques produce huge effects without the individual knowing. It's important that some level of importance are attached to these "simple" activities--yawn, smile, pray, meditate...so simple :) :) :) . Gratitude Brian & do have awesome day as well.

Brian! Hello. First time caller. : ) I'm just wondering if, when you picked up your Bic and you said, "I know it's incredibly (awesome)," you caught yourself about to say something maybe semi-negative and you said, "Screw off, negativity!" and said Awesome. Shows the work you've been doing, I think. Thanks from all of us!

As King Solomon stated in the Judeo-Christian bible, there is nothing new under the sun. Also in the Judeo-Christian bible, the word "spirit" and 'breath" can have the same meaning in Hebrew(ruach) and Greek(pneuma). Again, in the Judeo-Christian bible "expectation" is erroneously translated as "hope". My intention is not to persuade or dissuade any human being regarding religion. I am simply stating facts. Modern science can now confirm what some religions have stated for over a thousand years. Great video, Guru Johnson!

To assume meditation is helpful to everyone is a gross and dangerous oversimplification. For some people the process of deep breathing actually increases their anxiety. The Mcmindfulness craze is what needs to be pruned

Elizabeth Cornell Cultivating a mindfulness practice is certainly best tailored to the individual. And I respectfully submit that when tailored appropriately for the individual it will deliver enormous benefits. Sending love and wishing you joy and flourishing!

From your description, it sounds like God's not changing your brain, your own thoughts and actions are. I am suspicious that putting God in the title was done in order to boost sales with believers.
@kulturjjj
@kulturjjj 7 жыл бұрын
TheMGMstudios what does that have to do with anything, obviously the author of the book is a believer in God, If he wants to include God in the title that's His purgative. If your that concerned read the book, better yet, read the bible.
