I think rashford is a superb finisher.. but hes more like a winger that cuts in and strikes than sets up others.. A bit like arjen robben, minus the dribbling ability. Hes useful for a team with no cohesion, like united.

@@firstnamelastname-bu1xmI’d disagree he’s done well with England and despite them being quite poor they play with a level of cohesion and style of play. He also played very well last year when he played with a wide team with weghorst down the middle who’d occupy the cb due to his height. This hasn’t worked this season because he hasn’t had shaw as an option to whip the cross. When shaw comes back Rashford will have more options which will accommodate for his weak crossing ability

The reality is Maguire would have been a good signing when we got him because of the way we played but like everyone else we over paid for him! But I do hope we replenish our backline with players that are more suited to the way ETH wants to play. We keep getting the defense line jumbled up when we get countered. Tuchel would be my preference but Poch has pedigree, experience with big players, bringing his own coaching staff is a part of pedigree it will allow us to work the youth. Enough of bringing in managers with no pedigree, The club shouldn’t be finding you assistant coaches Eth & Ole have proven that, they are yes man contracts that take us backwards. Eth is not and cannot be about the youth, he has no coaches to coach them with, or the senior players the club has to do everything for him and he personally lacks the ability to assess talent. This lie that these two managers will not clear out is just Eth dictatorship. Our club has assigned a manager before firing one before, the interview thing and time consuming facto are just low Mark.

Sacking ETH to bring in Poch feels like a downgrade to me and there's no point doing it. People who are saying Poch has done great in Chelsea in his first season have short term memory. ETH got third place and a trophy last season which were miles better than what Poch has achieved.

United Needs a Top Manager with Proven experience to get to the Top, Not in Eredivisie.. In Bundesliga, LaLiga or SerieA. Zidane would be a good signing. Then we can invest and spend seasons to wait for results. With EtH, every decisions he made is a floop. From Benching Cristiano to Loaning Sancho over Anthony. A good manager keeps his best, loan the rest.
