Good what he said at the end, that if he's not happy he can also decide to leave, that is not all about the club deciding his future, that shows character. I like that he's always been honest, what you see is what you get, even if is not perfect, he's never tried to be somebody else for the media.

Forest away is our biggest test of the season. I know we've had a final and semi final. But we are now in the best place we've been for nearly 2 seasons. Win this and we have a great chance of European football. At first, I didn't want Poch, only because he's a Spurs legend. But I have to admit, also hold my hands up, he has really impressed me. Especially with all the circumstances he's had to deal with. I hope he stays for next season. We are just a couple of players away from challenging in a big way. Experienced GK is a must. I like Petrovic alot, but he's 2-3 years away in my opinion. Maybe I'm wrong. Anyway, CAREFREE AND UTC!!

My opinion I think Brighton away is much harder .. I want to keep poch I wasn’t sure at first but I think he can win something here unlike spurs he didn’t win anything so not a legend there in my opinion.. fully fit squad and more quality top 4 is possible

@@scottwardle6056 brighton are more likely to come at us which we've dealt with much better this season, they also make a lot of mistakes playing out from the back which plays to our strengths. forest will put 10 men in the box and wait and we cannot break down a low block

Sorry, I should of been more specific. When I say most important game, I mean considering our position. Forest will be aggressive and play deep. We have struggled against teams like that this season. We have also struggled away from home. Btw, you don't always have to be a legend at a club by winning something, it helps obviously. Joey Jones, Micky Droy, etc.... in my eyes Chelsea Legends, never won anything, but loved us and Loved Chelsea.

I love the table turn at the end. Maybe I got sold a bill of goods and me and my staff will say adios. He is right to remind the owners and directors, first that he has had to navigate through the mess they created (too many new untested players, a medical team even more incompetent than the previous, and a loss of continuity across the board, field and even the tea lady). Imagine if he resigned or offered to have his contract paid out. He’d put the pressure right back on the owners and directors: imagine if the next hire fails or under performs; imagine if no one qualified wants what by then would be a very poison chalice. In short, he is letting them know he has as much leverage as they do. If he walks after finally getting a tune out of these players in the midst of such dysfunction, it will damage their brand and future much more than his. That is, if he wins the next three games. Cleverly, he is putting a rocket under the players too. If they think they can get out the flip flops, but still want his friendly face and warm embrace, next year, it’s doc Martins for the next week. I think they will win, they will have some form of European football and he will manage Chelsea next year, and beyond. Good.

He said hes not saying he's unhappy but to consider that all parties have to want to work. Each side has expectations. He will be here next year, i hope. Pochetino should stay I'm one of the real supporters that always believed poch would do it never talked him down since this squad is the youngest. The Americans bought talents who would before been put on loan in the other ownership but time did tell and they needed time to grow and it finally has shown that it can work overtime.
