Pochettino is why I love football as much as I do. He is a special person and if he is given time he will make Chelsea the team everyone in the world talks about. Look at his record against the other big six teams. That was the knock against him at Tottenham. The truth is he just didn’t have the horses, especially when you compare benches to the top sides. That 2016-17 Tottenham team was a beast and besides the six weeks Kane was out injured gained more points than Conte’s Chelsea. Chelsea have a chance to take what he did at Tottenham to the next level. Seriously trust the process. It will be a fun ride! I promise

We never had a manager/coach with poch’s particular talent profile before. I loved him when he was at spurs. I thought: imagine what could we could do with a manager like poch. Now we have him and I was delighted to see him at Stamford bridge. It’s been an up and down season… with moments like the 5nil arsenal loss that would shake even the most solid trust… but we have ridden that storm and it’s looking much better. Perhaps we’ll see in the coming season what the Chelsea / poch combination can achieve. I’m still believing.

I still don't have trust in him. Until we win a major trophy with him I'll retain my doubts. Same applies to the directors and the custodians. Flip-floppers can keep flip-flopping, I'll only change my stance when we actually do something. If you think manager should be given time, then the same should apply to the directors and the custodians. It's hypocrisy otherwise. This season hasn't been good enough. But fans are not the ones in charge, so all we can do is wait and hope for lot better next season. The modern Chelsea always won things and has no excuse not to continue doing that. This isn't Bates buying the club for £1 or the Mears era. We're a massive club now. Should act like it, specially if they're increasing the rates like it.

Offseason predictions: we stick with Poch. Outgoings: Broja, Lukaku, Hall, Maatsen, Sterling, Sanchez (Should be close to 150M) Released: Silva, Kepa Incomings: GK: Simon or Mamardashvili (25-40M), CB: Danso (35M), Winger: Nico Williams (45M), promote one of the 7 other young strikers to a rotation option. Net spend close to zero, huge drop in wages. If Osimhen dreams of Chelsea make it happen, but if not, I see no reason to panic in the market with Nkunku coming back and Jackson continuing to develop.

So how can we give him only one season and expect to see that sustained Longterm growth. we just need to shut up and give the man a realistic time period. Then by the first off of next season we can more accurately see and judge his progress and assets weather he will stay for a long time or sacked rightly if our first half of next season is anything like the one we underwent this season.

Here's my argument - Does Poch win us a trophy? We should be in 5 competitions next season. We should at least be bagging a trophy here. That's the difference between Chels and other teams. Poch should definitely be able to take us to top4 next season, but should our minimum goal next year be top4 + a trophy? If tomorrow Unai Emery says he wants to take over Chelsea - Do we take him? The team's playing decently, but has all those Poch weaknesses, like iffy away form. Don't forget that we played badly for most of our last match. But the fact that the team's playing well will likely mean we could also get a top coach in the door. It's no longer a massive mess - There's now visible potential.
