@@ChelseaFCPodcast I am repeating myself, but even if I did think he was the man for the job, I don;t see how he or anybody else is going to work successfully in a structure where they have no influence over who is on the pitch.

I’m not in the least bothered about Poch leaving. It’s not like Chelsea fans are not used to a revolving door of managers but it’s not stopped us winning silverware over the last 20 years. We’ve had a good run over the last few games and that’s down to the players working their socks off. The players have had their first season in the hardest league on the planet and will go into the next campaign with a lot of confidence. Yes we are no doubt going to off load some of them but I believe we will still be pushing top 4. I have zero concern about Poch going and I’m sure he’s not going to lose any sleep over it especially when the big check hits his bank account.
