As a Chelsea fan, I want Pochettino to place top 5. We are totally capable of doing it, as long as we improve our chemistry and get a proper striker, and fix our issues with not being able to score a goal.

For me, what's hard top swallow at first is that Nagelsmann and Enrique were more exciting but riksy as Poch feels boring and safe. But i must say Chelsea might need this boring and safe to develop and get excited about youth development. The other two were potential shot at titles as Poch is a potential shot at stability.

Poch is a world class manager. If Pep and Klopp were at Tottenham with the same budget and players, would they have won the league? Conte and Mourinho didn't win anything either with Spurs. All this argument against Poch is a complete BS. He is a very good manager, but Chelsea are a team that craves instant success and with Poch that is a big risk which will probably end up with him getting the sack. If given the time, very good appointment but he won't get time and that is why it's a bad appointment for Chelsea.

The Albanian striker , Broja is not at Southampton. he was there at loan last season. This season he played some games for us but then got injured for the rest of the season and potentially for a bit of the start of the next season

Poch for the short term to stabilize the club, he will make us an almost club. We won't win anything but our team will improve. After two seasons make plan to get somebody who can get us over the line

Pochettino is going to be a disaster for us, he struggles with egos and that’s clearly a problem at Chelsea, he’s not going to win trophies because he has a history of not winning trophies and having a terrible record against big teams, and the minute we aren’t going well our match going fans are going to turn on him fast just because he’s a “Tottenham man”. The concept of him as manager makes sense because of how he works with young players and plays attacking football but we are too demanding, we don’t so much need a rebuild as we need a strong manager to have us competing for trophies next year because our players aren’t that bad and apparently we’re spending big again this Summer. Someone like Mourinho or Ancelotti would’ve been way better.

As a chelsea fan, I agree of your points of pochettino what I'm worried about is that he hasn't big silverware.

I'm actually quite excited about the idea of Poch coming to Chelsea. He's a super underrated manager, i think hes potentially world class given the right circumstances. Nagelsmann and Enrique were the more exciting option and would probably have been able to bring results faster, but Poch could better glue the team together and be better long term. If we do get Poch tho, we have to be patient with him. Not nearly as much as with Potter, of course, but developing the team and moving forward will take time. But I think he could surprise the entire PL by the end of next season. Right now Chelsea are largely a bunch of young players without identity or direction, and Poch has extensive experience developing young talent, giving a club identity, and direction, something that chelsea desperately need right now. He may not be the most exciting option, but he's the safest option, and perhaps currently our best long term option.

As a Spurs fan, I'm not very impressed with the way Thogden spoke about Pochettino's time at Spurs, he spent no money and took over the worst Spurs side of all time without Gareth Bale and just saying we got back to back top four is an insult, we got top four four times in a row, were title contenders twice, and anyone who actually watched Spurs those two seasons will know Pochettino's Spurs was the best team in the country

I don't actually think Poch is bad. He has shown how to develop young players and he will know we need a 6 and a striker as well as a massive trimming of the squad. But the concern is can he win? Last time in the EPL, he was at Spurs who clearly are non-winners but he got them playing at one point amazing. At one point, Spurs and ManCity were the two teams I hated playing against simply because our backline was slow for a long time but these two teams new how to attack and Chelsea being heart attack FC would just battle it out. So we know he can get us playing better, but can he win trophies and challenge properly for the league titles? Idk

Luis Enrique would suit Chelsea better, and he will bring more bold and attacking football, he would improve our attackers and the whole team, the foundation will be built quicker and success will come quicker too... it is a win/win if we get him. As for Pochettino he would take too long to implement his style and too much changes would be made almost every season, just like he did at Tottenham, but we need to hit the ground running now, the Premier League is getting tougher every season!

I'm okay with Pochettino for Chelsea, but there's just one problem. He plays youngsters, which means the veterans won't get a lot of game time. So Silva or Koulibaly will be replaced by Badiashile (which isn't that bad because Badiashile is a rock at the back), Havertz (who's our topscorer this season) will play most games (because he's 23), but in some games he will be replaced by Felix (a baller) or Datro Fofana (bad).

You got everything spot on except, Joao Felix. I don't see him as a Pochettino player. Pochettino favors players who are physical, can run and press and defend high up the pitch. Joao Felix doesn't fit into that description. He's a luxury player which Chelsea don't need at the moment

We’ll never know whether naglelsmann or Enrique would of been a good fit at Chelsea. And either one of them is risk especially as they’ve never coached in the premiership. And initially Poch wasn’t my preferred candidate but the more you think about it he’s more suited than the other two. I don’t give a monkeys he’s been a ex spurs coach and I’m getting bored of anyone who uses that as excuse he shouldnt be our coach. In fact I bet he secretly wouldn’t mind getting his own back on levy and showing what a great coach he can be with the right backing…… basically none of us have any say on who’s going to b the next coach but I just want wining football back at the bridge.
