Bartosz Debski yeah I was waiting for this comment. My personal car is much cleaner, this is a work van and I work a job where I get covered in mud and crap every day. To properly clean this would need professionals and chemicals, it’s better than it was though I did give it a little clean.

Adam Dickinson how weird that it doesn’t pick up the Radio X and Absolute, they are normally the stronger of the signals. But 80 stations is a real good amount, hopefully a drive about might cause Radio X and Absolute to come in a bit stronger. Glad my review was helpful though.

Tiny little patch on the A pillar just under the plastics, doesnt have to be a huge amount less than 1cm squared should be enough. Remove the plastic attach the aerial to the window but dont remove the sticker off the black tail just yet, see where on the A pillar it lines up and then scrape there, once done remove the sticker off the black tail attach to the scraped area and then replace the plastics on the A pillar

yea from what i read i just need to disconnect the battery before removing the a pillar to stop the sensor going off just hope i dont lose my radio then tho as vauxhauls are known for needing the code after a battery change yea for sure bud we will have to arrange something soon not been on to much tbh flat out with work and doing my driving test now the missis is trying to get me to sell my bike but fuck that lol

sidewindersnake yeah let’s hope the stereo doesn’t require a code, if not then it’s the perfect excuse to add a 3rd party one :) Regarding the bike thing, if you are like me when you get a car you’ll use the bike less and less until it ends up with a dead battery in the garage ready to be sold shamefully :(

Go to ebay search car dab aerial splitter is know £4.08 buy this. Connect radio aerial cable to splitter, splitter to radio, connect dab cable of splitter to dab device you may need an extension for the dab cable I did not because my 12 volt socket I use for my dab device is very close to the radio so I did not research a price for what extension you would need you will also need SMB male to MCX male connector to bring the 2 dab cables together, this was £2.73 scrub this if you need the extension as you will be able to buy in that format.
