What ive read the F6 batterylife is terrible. Idk if its cause the hyper os or what, the chipset shouldn't be that power hungry. Overall the x6 pro is way better value, you can get the 8/256gb model for less than 280€. While the f6 costs 100€ more for the base model

both have hyper OS, when x6 pro first lauchched it also had a bad batterylife life but after update now it seems to be working fine, i think same will happen with F6

@@JamesUstares My X6 Pro is currently on HyperOS Version 1.0.9.0.UNLMIXM with the latest Android May 2024 Security Patch and I haven't encountered any major issues. It's safe to assume that the current patch is stable and I think it is safe to update. You can also ask other X6 Pro users for their opinion if you're still doubting to update yours. (Sorry for replying after 2 days.)

Gorilla glass victus scratchs more easily than gorilla glass 5 but victus has better shatter resistance. If you care about micro scratch's gorilla glass 5 is better, but if you drop your phone allot victus is better.

x6 pro is Redmi K70e while F6 pro is the Redmi K70 what's your point? the X6 pro is the lite version of F6 pro. they just rebranded it to poco because K series are china rom only and to make it globally they have changed it to poco. F6 is the redmi turbo 3 which is also china rom

@@samuelg5055 No, it's literally has similar performance. Even for emulating Switch, currently there's no driver for 8s gen 3 rn, so F6 is useless on it despite using Snapdragon chipsets, that usually win over Mediatek in emulation.

If you wanna squeeze some juice for the next few years and really wanna save money, go for the Snapdragon because on Mediatek you are on the dev's mercy. Heck my F3 still smooth as hell just a little tweaks, Genshin Impact still running 55-60 even on the new highest resolution, Warzone mobile can run upto 90 fps on indoors but 60 fps on out doors but the only problem I have is the battery, because this is a 3 year old phone. I can replace it with new one but those are already degraded too even brand-new I wanna upgrade to F6 but after seeing they only used a mid-range chip I changed my mind, I hope next year snapdragon already using Oryon for their mid-range and flagship chips because it's gonna freaking amazing If someone knows a modern phone battery that fits on F3 let me know, I'm planning to mod a battery transferring the bms board to that battery, a battery that is at least 1 year old and above.

The market is flooded with lots of capable devices now. I have no issues selling the X6 pro in 3 to 4 years then snag an upgrade during China's 11.11 sale. No use prolonging a device life when it's cheaper to just buy a new one. 😅

I had 3 of them, all of them working till now without any issues 😃 My father using my Poco F2 Pro which is already 3+ years old, even the battery is holding on. My sister is using my Poco F3 which is 2 years old without any issues. Pretty sure my Poco F1 which was sold 3+ years ago maybe is still working.

F6 is a snap dragon 8s gen 3, X6 is a Mediatek dimensity 8300. Both have RTX engine (different architecture). There is very little difference in performance on paper but mediatek name itself is a red flag. Mediatek has still not resolved the processor overheating issue even in 2024 resulting in X6 owners frequently reporting the whole phone crashing and once in a blue moon, exploding X6 phone. Snap dragon is still a better option because the performance does not come at the risk of injury or damage to the phone.

After 1 week of normal usage my phone started having a screen flickering problem, I only noticed it 3-4 times so I ignored it. But after 1 month my display is dead. The service center employees were very rude and informed that there are no displays available for replacement in Mumbai. At the service center I met 2 more customers with the same F6 display dead problem. POCO F6 has a serious display issue.
