Yez above 13 year old person / Above 7 year old to known that crime or intention, അങ്ങനെ ഉണ്ടെന്ന് കോടതി തെളിഞ്ഞാൽ court can punished, under 18 age convict sent to juvenile home by the court

ഇല്ല പറ്റില്ല, പക്ഷേ കുട്ടിയെ മാതാപിതാക്കളുടെ അറിവ് ഇല്ലാതെ എവിടെ എങ്കിലും കൊണ്ട് പോയാലോ, അത് അല്ലെങ്കിൽ പിന്നല്ലേ നടന്നു ശല്യം ചെയുന്നു എന്ന് (under18 age) കുട്ടിയോ മാതാപിതാക്കളോ പരാതി കൊടുത്താൽ pocso varum, രണ്ടു പേരുടെയും സമ്മതത്തോടെ പ്രേമിച്ചാൽ പ്രശ്നം ഇല്ല,പിന്നെ രണ്ട് പേരുടെയും സമ്മതത്തോടെ physical contact ഉണ്ടായാലും under 18 ആണെങ്കിൽ boy will punished under pocso act
