in most european countries (as far as I am aware) elementary school goes from 1st to 4th grade, 5th and 6th is 2nd cycle, 7th to 9th is 3rd cycle and 10th to 12th is secundary (or highschool even though where I come from there are many highschools with 3rd cycle, so people from 7th to 12th are in the same school)

kine I’m 22, but even my younger sister was still learning metric. Maybe it’s just a difference in state curriculums, because we learned and used metric in multiple different subjects and classes and pretty much from middle school all the way through high school. It wasn’t even like one class one time that taught the metric system. If we didn’t understand KHDBDCM then there would be a problem.

The only time it’s ever been a problem is when it’s a new employee and they say they don’t know and give a maybe on where it is but then the customer gets mad when they don’t get an easy answer.
