Quick note about the chest coloring: Using Voricis 1r1b costs 400 chromatics on average, while using 1r costs 217, so you are much better off trying your luck with the 1r recipe!

Did it yesterday with a Merauder. Leveling it to level 28 with Frost Blades was a tortue. I will try to find something better next time. After level 28 with Wonder-Punch setup (+Seven-Leaguer-Step) it was a breezing rush - timewise it still became a personal record. Thanks badger, keep up the good work.

Actually, you can just beeline to the jewel and use conversion jewel from Strength/Intelligence stats to Dexterity. Beelining to the jewel cluster gives way more damage and activates at 13. Scion activates at 18 though, ideally through the elemental resist pathing towards Duelist/Ranger. I am not sure if Consecrated Path is the best way to level with but it sure helps not having to walk up to the mobs.

Not gonna lie I feel like you can really start this thing off at lvl 12-13 with smite in a tabula or brisk/wildwrap linked to added fire faster attacks onslaught ancestral call etc... Crazy good dps and you just path into survivability until like level 60 getting crazier as you go with astramentis and auras augmenting damage I'm level 52 and have done merciless lab as a gladiator duelist with 1 death thus far from stupid delirium mechanics and with buffs/frenzy up my smites tooltip damage is over 200k...

My hollow point palm go-to have been smite + ancestral call. Absolutely frightfully enjoyable leveling straight from lvl 1.

As far as the research I've done - any class can get a jewel socket at 14 talent points. That's like level 12 or 13. As soon as you equip the jewel, even a basic setup of double strike or dual strike with melee splash and anc call will do absolutely amazing. Other than that, you can get smite which does well. Infernal blow works really well, too. One tapping rares is fun. Personally, I found that as a Raider, having 7-League Steps, and a quicksilver flask with additional movement speed, works wonders for Cyclone. Just really fast clear and really fast movement speed makes it easy to get through the acts.

I literally planned on starting an Archmage build tomorrow but was afraid of leveling since its gonna be third char ever and the second I will get to endgame since the first char was obviously a throwaway once I got to maps. Smite + ancestral call makes for a slightly better start for witch until you get to consecrated path, but honestly you could just keep grabbing lightning damage nodes and level all the way with smite.

With this teq i barely do any damage? I have all items and gems but still its really hard to fight bosses towards act 4 and I do really bad in damage

You don't really need level 24, you can equip the jewel by level 16+- and use another unnarmed skill like frenzy, infernal blow and smite

yeh thats a pretty cheap and fast way to level a character. spend 20 minutes max buying all your items and getting the gems ready and probably save up to an hour from your usual leveling speed.(depending how long it takes for you normally obviously

This is a 1.3ex build as of November 2020. Not even considering the overpriced Seven-League, because it's not worth the cost for just leveling. Not bad for something useful for every single char you want to level, but the thing is, how faster will you level with this compared with other methods? You can get a much cheaper set like a Tabula+Wonderlust+Goldrim+2 Le Heup+belt of the deciever+any amulet for your atributes and resistances. Then it's only a matter of getting any cheap weapon that will work with your build. That's like a 20c leveling build that will be useful for nearly any build without having to respec points in the end (unless it's one of those builds you have to respec no matter what).

Tip for colouring the armor - based on Vorici calculator the most efficient way is to use "At least 1 red socket", with average cost of 217 chromatics (23c). If you don't have the recipe, don't worry, just spamming chromatic orbs have average cost of 252 chromatics. Proposed 1 red 1 green has much higher average cost of 400 chromatics.
