You mentioned your build which was a strong all rounder with a ton of investment. For people without as much currency to start with, picking the proper strat for your build is also important (e.g.: Don't go legion with a slow melee build). Poison builds are basically made for blight, explosions make expedition and harvest a breeze, etc. Your div/hour will be higher if you pick the strat that works for your build over the strat that has the theoretical highest div per hour. You can always do whatever you want with whatever build though, this is a game after all so fun is priority, but a bit of planning can help achieve your goals faster.

I farmed harbinger for about a week and got ~10 fracturing orbs total. This was from around 2-3 hours per night. Used 2 base harbi scarabs, 1 regency, and 1 duplicate. I dont recommend using the single shard type one

For another video, maybe especially relevant for next league start, I'd love to hear what you recommend at lower character power or for first strats of a league vs which strats need fully geared characters or a fully completed atlas. If you were a filthy casual, what's the most fun and efficient ways to farm the first 5, 10, 20, 50 div of a league?

hi, surprising to me that the tier of map and color didnt make any difference while running harbinger, am i right or wrong? i runned mostly t3,4 because it was quicker and gave enough, but still no mirror... i think harbinger is the only thing that isnt influenced by anything, am i right or wrong?

how would you rank these strats as league progresses. lets say first 2 or 3 days are nonexistant, how does tiering change from week 1/2/3?

Nice video ! I've been farming Ritual Alva and Heist (Heist lover forever) most of the time. I definitely got nice things in ritual but it's not consistent, and you need to look after good fractured or synthesis equipment. Alva's Locus of corruption sells for almost 2 div, every 3 map you get a temple (given you allocated all points). Heist is just my fun time, and when I get low on chaos orbs, heist is my way to replenish them. I even dropped a headhunter during a unique contract, which is nice. Also blueprints rewards can be valuable (Tailoring Orband the other Orb dor example). Jun's also nice, Veiled Orbs sell for about 15 div when it drops.

Was Blight test done after the new scarab changes? Those made Blighted - and Blight Ravaged - maps obsolete...

I really liked blight at the beginning of league, but I dropped it for strongboxes after the oil prices nosedived. Surprised you didn't test out strongboxes in your series, it has very low investment and good div card, currency, and 8 mod map sustains.

I ran legion and farmed a HH (when it was still 30+ div) and then used that to farm a mageblood. I think I might try switching to expedition or barrels for farming Omni and nimis

Could you also rank them based on gear? Like for my beginner gear the one with highest yield for your build might not be the same for mine.

Strong boxes mix ever so well with the league mechanic, I have been having great fun with that. If you run them on vaal temples too it is very profitable.

These strats helped a tonn, I didnt want to try everything myself but here I could choose both fun and profitable strat. Managed to buy both of the funny belts and basically all the cool uniques I wanted to try for so long. It is no doubt the best league for me, thank you mr. streamer

I may have gotten lucky on the drop rates, but I got 3 veiled orbs in two hours last night running betrayal with a single intelligence scarab. Just rush the mission and leave. You can get to catarina in 30 minutes if you don't mess around, and she's really easy to kill if you have good phys mitigation.

S tier content, helping everyone make good currency doing things they enjoy. You're an absolute pillar of the community, and it's guys like you who help keep it alive. Keep it up, Empy!

There was one I was trying out before I quit the league, using compartment scarabs and other ambush scarabs paired with manifested wealth allflames. It was insane, I would to see you try it out Empy :)

For me it's really important how easy it is to set up / time confusiming to buy scarabs? and also how hard / time consuming it is to liquidate.

I feel as though divines/map may make more sense as a metric than divines/hour, because build speed and player speed vary wildly.

I did a betrayal + beast strat. Go in strand, check for craicic chimeral or other good beast (split beast, spider crab...) and do betrayal + kill boss (for influenced maps + intelligence on completion). I did 160 maps in 8hours. Got 9 veiled orb + 3 helmets, 14 CC (double with the scarab so 28) and some T17, other beasts, influenced maps... It was around 170 divs in 8 hours, pretty good. Horrible to run, too many things to manage, you have to skip 95% of mobs to be efficient. Don't do it...

As someone who has more hours watched of POE than I do of actual play time. Watching all of these videos this league has been super fun.

Hello empy, i've been farming ultimatum with 2x bribing scarabs, 1x catalasing, 1x inscription, and most relevant ultimatum passives (except for the one that gives 3 additional rounds at the cost of not being able to pick modifiers) and its a disgusting money printer, and you can afk them with a specialized build, in my case its cast when stunned chieftain, profits are massive and its super chill because you can legit stand still and never die while clearing the ultimatum

Should do a scatter plot of div per hour and enjoyment tbh

Can you try ambush strategy? Some guy on KZfaq claims about 30 div per hour, which highly doubt

Einhar Craicic chimeral farming for me this league for the first time. About 500div worth of just running through T3 strands while barely paying attention / killing any mobs in most of the maps. I have no calculations or spreadsheets but Im guessing I made something like 20-22div/h even tho I paid big for huge scarab and map bulk.

for me the best so far were essences (20d/h) and ambush div card farm (idk d/h on that one, i was just playing and got a bunch of crazy drops)

Numbers I not real. Time to sell all gains is not counted. The most profit comes from the harvest, since vivid lifeforce is instantly sold. Other 2 are not instant, but quite fast.

With the cheap prices of this league, managed to snag a headhunter and a mageblood following your barrel and go strat, thanks mr empy

How bout trying last leagues strat again? Allflames of the abyss force multiple stygian spires into maps + 4 scarabs of the wisps for 4k wisps. Or maybe add the omen allflames where they already have some wisp juice.

Empy w/ Ultimatum traumas 🥶

It’s funny because I really enjoyed ultimatum… I just hated the rewards, even with the scarabs. It’s relatively simple and fast and my build is immune to like 99.999% of what they can do, so it’s easy mechanically and I don’t mind doing it. But there’s literally only one catalyst that is worth anything at all, and you have to vendor spam the ultimatums to fish for a Divine Orb one to be able to sell those, so it’s like two additional RNG layers on the loot. Like I would routinely get 15 inscribed from a map and vendor them all because they’re all worthless and then get 3 more worthless ultimatums, ie, I did a map and got literally nothing out of it. And blight will forever suck unless you’re in a build with ludicrous ranged clear because they made the decision to disable turrets when they’re off your screen. I’ve lost way too many blight missions because they spawned the nodes in a ridiculous way and I can’t keep the turrets running, and my build didn’t have the clear to prevent them from reaching the center without them. Expedition I honestly have no idea what makes those so rippy but I’ve never felt squishy before I did those but dear god were those hard. I play meaty tanky builds and I died way too many times in Expedition for me to want to do them again. It was hitting me harder than T17 was lol. Harbinger feels just barely better than Ritual to me. It’s simpler and I don’t need to know as much about the game to make money, but having to deal with the slow spawn rate definitely equally offsets that. It’s still RNG. I did like 30 maps and made like 6 div from it, it was easily the worst financial strat for me. I don’t count the unsellable-unless-thousands crap. Harvest is amazing once you realize how the bosses actually work. Kite them into an open area and sit *just* outside their melee range, not offscreen, and they will always phase to their tree form if you have them at 66% life. After you know that they’re easy. I haven’t tried abyss or breach or legion, yet, no comment there.

Strongboxes have been a big hit for me - lots of duped raw divs from the boxes themselves, a bunch of apos and a few 7 years, and only gets better the faster your character is (caster mastery to open boxes is a godsend too, don't even need to stop for a second while clearing) I do Crimson Temple mostly but any map that has straight lines/is linear or has really good card drops can work

So nothing in C or D tiers? I usually have the same problem when ranking stuff, I either like something or don't. The results get top- and bottom-heavy with nothing in the middle.

I rather earn even 50% less in Harvest compared to Expedition because of Tujen haggling.

emblems did go up, templar is 20c in small bulks. Legion could be A tier now

I run over 700 Harbi Maps, got 1 fracture drop. Still, it was rewarding, but also annoying, so don't expect 1 fracture drop evry 100 maps ;)

I've been trying to get into PoE for a while but for some reason can't gget myself to start it. Mostly because I'm intimidated by the skill tree system and don't really know what I'm looking for. So here I come to ask from all you other commenters' help on when should one jump into PoE and what would be y'alls tips for new players. Anything small that could help understand it a bit more will be appreciated!

I got a mirror shard after 6000 maps all t16 all juiced 4 scarabs , sooooooo yeah , but once in a while u will see some good synth base jewels that sell for 1 div to 50 div

I love the concept but i prefer divine per 50 maps much better. divine per hour means nothing because you are running a 2mirror+ wander which is a fast build for almost all of these farm strantegies. apart from that great stuff
