Man City fan here but even I remember the summer of 2016, this guy was all around the news papers, 89mil £ - 105mil€, world record fee, I expected him to rip the league to pieces from midfield, sad to see how things are going. He might have a bad attitude now and then but I’m sure he’s a nice lad and imo, in terms of skill, this guy is one of the most skilled midfielders in the world, definitely top 10 for me. But as much as I like him and as much as I think Mourinho was right in some way, I’m sorry but all in all this guy is at the end of the day a complete waste of money.

Everyones hating on pogba over this but he actually wasnt in the wrong.... He took a photo of himself smiling before the game started at old Trafford but because old Trafford is so outdated and the internet barely works in the ground it didn't upload till after the game which we happened to lose so fans jumped on pogbas case saying he looked happy to see us lose, if anybody has been to old Trafford they know how bad the internet is there pogba was torn apart by casuals that had never been to the stadium.

United had 91 points to win the league in the 99-00 season, so no, Mourinho has never gotten more points in the prem with United than SAF. Yes, Mourinho is the best manager post SAF, but only because of the trophies he’s won, which is a fair enough reason. But Ole has performed better than Mourinho in the prem, if you compare the full 2 seasons they both had, with Ole having united place 3rd and 2nd, and Mourinho 6th and 2nd. Furthermore, Ole has built easily the best United squad we’ve seen post Ferguson, and it’s just a matter of Managers before they perform well again And I’d argue SAF would play Pogba. A player with experience at progressing the ball , extremely good control and passing range (not to mention technical ability, shooting, etc.) he’s definitely very good, and it’s easy to see when he played at Juventus and for France. I think if SAF was still manager when he returned to United, they would definitely have at least a league title in the past 6 years. Generally, the choice to sack Mourinho wasn’t a choice between him and Pogba, players and coaches have fall outs all the time, yet they make up sometimes, or still play extremely well though at odds. He was sacked because of his poor form. Poor decision either way, but still. 🤷🏿♂️
