Poi triquetra tutorial for intermediate poi spinners! This poi spinning tutorial covers triquetra poi--a specialized 3-petal subset of anti spin flowers that is used in conjunction with a ton of other poi moves to create poi hybrids, change timing and direction, and just overall look cool! I'll take you through my favorite method for learning these intermediate poi tricks by utilizing linear isolations to make learning this trick a breeze!

Great video, we all learned from you and nick but I really like the old high tech stuff; toroids, meteors, 3 poi...etc. What ever happened to 4 poi? When are you going to learn to juggle? Love to see you start Vlogging your inner Drex?

Ha! Most of my cutting edge stuff is getting posted to my Instagram now because it's a better platform for it. As for the 4-poi stuff, it turned into gunslingers for me and I'm still doing them all the time and exploring new avenues with them. I know how to juggle a 3-ball cascade but honestly juggling just doesn't really do it for me. I like to move with the prop and juggling really ties you down in a lot of respects. I think the real frontier for us right now is in poi/dance fusion (which I also post a lot of on my IG) and figuring out how to integrate the athleticism of classical dance with the precarious momentum of poi. I've got a couple vlogs in the can but haven't had the time to edit and upload them due to some personal drama. I will soon though, I promise!

DrexFactor Poi this sound interesting, i’ve been spinning for over 5/6 years and actually i just work on choregraphy because this is just awesome to listen a music and share it with poï
