Moe's Actually, Assault Vest Hitmonchan is used in lower tiers frequently. It's probably it's best set if you do use it with Drain, Mach, and Ice Punch with Rapid Spin as it's moveset.

Morimoto added in the code for Mew into the game at basically the last minute, which is why Mew is only obtainable in Gen 1 via glitches. And thus, the idea of Mythical Pokemon came to be.

The next core Pokemon RPGs will be out late next year. I dearly hope your friend will be alive to play them. If so, fantastic! If not, well, Ultra Sun and Moon were pretty dang good last games.

But...you don't even need to stand up or much motion to throw. Then there's handheld mode which negates most of the "difficulty" of the throwing - you can use the left stick to maneuver but its obviously slower than the gyro controls. But it does help just in case the camera goes a little wild (just go to the items menu or press B or X _once_ so you can re-center the camera if your directions have gone too extreme in one way or another by holding the switch in a more comfortable position). Maybe handheld might be the better option for them. I definitely waste far less balls in handheld.
