The amount of hype Charizard gets is unreal... It's actually on the verge of ridiculous.

i love darkness ablaze set because i actually feel like i am progessing with every 20 packs i buy. Its either a charizard Vmax or a secret rare so i dont mind buying 8 packs a week trying to fish for a vmax charizard and a safe bet that it will sell for 80 bucks any time of the day. the only set that i can pull the best card without breaking the bank

I just bought 2 booster boxes, 1 Darkness Ablaze and 1 Vivid Voltage. These are my first purchases of Pokemon cards in over 15 years. I was already aware before buying them that they aren't all that much of an investment, but that's not really why I bought them. I would ideally like to collect some of my favorite Pokemon cards in their more rare forms and oddly enough Charizard isn't among them. From Darkness Ablaze I'm hoping to get Scizor V and VMax, Houndoom V, and Secret Rare Rillaboom. These are the ones I'd like for my personal collection.

Completely agree that its a bit lackluster over all. I feel like DA will be similar to Burning Shadows. I have heard many people claim the only good card in BS was the Charizard. I feel like DA sealed boxes wont move much in price for a while. but because it has the Zard once they say "DA is out of print"" prices will shoot up then. So its more of a long term investment, I say scoop a few up now while they are low in price.

Finally someone says it everyones always into the investment part of Pokémon no one hardly genuinely likes the cards for what they are

Had two cases of Darkness ablaze(one to open and one to keep sealed) ended up opening both🤣🤣🤣. I have to say I love the Rillaboom and Coalosal gold cards over the charizard to be honest.In 12 boxes I only pulled one Charizard Vmax but am happy I pulled it regardless. Think the gold cards(more specifically the pokemon themselves) will be more sought after once sword and shield is finished Printing

Really enjoyed the video!!! We personally enjoyed this set because of the Grimsnarl and Eternatus cards. Definitely not the best set of the year but not the worst. It was also the set we were able to pull the rainbow Charizard lol!!!

This is my favourite set out of sword & shield so far. You got the charizard, grimmsnarl, crobat, mew the list goes on.

The Rillaboom secret rare is cool in this set.

There are a few cards I do really like in this set. The full art Houndoom is a sleeper for example.

Love your videos. All my thoughts... I like darkness ablaze, this set was just over powered by vivid voltage. And gets a bad wrap because of all the zard talk. And I understand why no one likes rebel clash but for some reason I like it. Thanks for the vides!

I bought 8 backs from Bartells Drug Store. I pulled the VMAX Charizard on the 2nd Charizard pack. 🦎🔥 can’t wait to get it graded. Definitely saving since there’s a story behind it. If I ever a pull a 2nd Zard then possibly grade & sell.

the hypebeast that ruined shoe collecting for some are now moving to pokemon. I cringe when they are opening up packs because they are only searching for charizards because the hype around it and they throw away the other good cards. lol I hope pokemon doesn't get botted soon or we are going to start buying pokemon cards off StockX for a ridiculous amount. ahaha
