Not from Toys R Us or Target/Walmart. Find a local card store. They usually have cheaper prices and you get to support the community as well.

I remember back at days me and my friends scammes kids out of their best ultra rare cards at the local pokemon league :D karma hit us back and the older people took our best cards because we didn't know their rarity
