This ending blew my mind. This took ‘Pokémon evolution’ to a whole new level.

When I found out the professor was dead and was replaced by an ai was...mind blowing and really enhanced how much I truly love this game (Despite the obvious technical fuck ups)

the entire area zero sequence was raw as fuck and i am still in disbelief that this is an actual mainline pokemon game plot

Sada didn’t lose this battle. The player had to use like 20 in-battle items + “the power of love” to even come close

I keep watching that offensive protocole intro that whole thing with the time machine and that master ball catch still sends shivers down my spine.

The part I loved the most was that the actual 'bad guy/lady' in this game was already dead from the very beginning. The real Sada/Ture obviously just wanted to bring over the Past/Future Pokemon but they didn't care about what impact they'd have on the present day. They even went to great lengths to create an AI version of themselves (in each respective game) that would defend the machine should anyone try shutting it down! Even the AI itself realized just how much of an impact the Past/Future pokemon were having and would have should the machine stay active long enough. Honestly my personal favorite ending to all of the pokemon games by a huge margin, definitely made this one of the best in the series for me too. A shame about the technical flaws the game had though which made me drop it from the top spot. Only game I'd say that was better, was legends Arceus which was a master piece game that set the new standard for pokemon games and what all future pokemon games should now be like.

There is no 'more hype' moment in any other Pokemon game, SV really showed us that the Pokemon Company can still create fantastic games.

I remember reaching this section in the Pokemon Scarlet about 1 or 2 days ago. I almost cried during this section, and the way AI Sada said "Please defeat me" sounded like she wanted to actually die. In my opinion, this game was better than Sword and Shield.

Literally 15 levels above her and her effective’s do more damage than my super effectives

This was a great way to end the story. This felt like a real endgame duel. All Sada Pokémon in masterballs was a nice surprise plus thematic cutscene. The way she just let the master ball roll out of her hand and then she just stretches out her arm. This was done well. Out all the paths I like Arven path the most. It gave a lot of feels. So glad Mabostiff didn’t die. The victory path was my least favorite. Elite 4 was trash, design wise and theme. Except Larry. The Top champion is first in name only. Forgettable theme and team. While I do like her design but that’s it. Penny path was very interesting it wasn’t my favorite but I like it. And it gave me the feels. The exploration is the best in this game. I just wish there were more cave systems. The only thing holding this game back are the bugs and frame rate issues. It’s off putting. Once in pvp only the bugs are off putting.

Finally a pokemon game with a legitimately good story

This battle legit came down to me Tera typing my Lucario into Tera fighting after I saw Roaring Moon’s Earthquake. One Aura Sphere later I could breathe properly and had finally won.

The damn roaring moon nearly swept my entire team. I had to give my tinkaton two x defenses so it could survive two earthquakes (this is after max reviving it twice) and then I was finally able to kill it. I never lost a single battle or got anywhere close until roaring moon.

The first time Pokémon took a dark turn like this. A1 ending for sure

If it weren’t for the technical issues I would definitely say S/V would be one of my favorite mainline games. This moment and really all of area zero is some of my favorite just stuff in a mainline game And to have this fight as the introduction to one of my newest top three favorite Pokémon (Slither wing, I saw it and immediately knew I needed one)

For flavor I caught an iron bundle, named it pennymon, and used it in the battle against AI Turo. I taught it tera blast and it hits like a tank while being faster than a salamence. I switch it out for miraidon when I need to but I love it in every way lmao

I know I said during my playthrough that Sada somehow died and that the professor we're talking to might be a robot, but that I was ultimately right was shocking

6:30 dude knew well his tauros was confused, and it was low health, AND the fact that he had seen numerous times scream tail out speed his tauros, and yet he attacked, his tauros hit itself, but the scream tail missed its play rough and if he had just healed up with a max potion, he would have killed the scream tail probably, but no, instead he attacked again

The game makes me depressed. The final act is probably the best part in the game without a doubt. But it's in a game with so much problems and step backs that were otherwise good in arceus.

i've been play pokémon versions since 2001 until now never missed any single generations. i can say this is the best version that i ever play. except the technical issue like graphics or glitches or else the game almost perfect.

While I greatly love this surprise twist, I do feel it to be a little odd Sada the "unga bunga" cave lady to ALSO BE A ROBOT. I don't see this as a negative, given what the theme of this region is(Past and Future), I just would like for her to also represent that. Unfortunately their is not many(if any) ways to really implant "from the past" the same way Turo does with "Robot AI from the future". Best I can come up with is possible a ghost/lingering spirit that wishes to hold on to the present just a little further using its supernatural ghost energy to call upon Pokémon from a paradox past. Or its Sada in the flesh but she's actually the great great great great GREAT GRAND DAUGHTER of the original and only carries the name Sada as the last will left by the original, never escaping the past adding another link in the chain with each generation. Maybe cloning but that still feels futuristic so eh. Overall, I am content with what we got and hope Pokemon continues to do more future stories.

Ironically this makes no sense do to Scarlet’s theme but then again what would they come up with for a Past version of this I mean Caveman don’t have technology or any thing from the past would have stuff like this so this honestly fit Violet more now seeing both sides because in the future AI units are literally a thing
