This play when Koraidon or Miraidon depending of the version are helping you defeat Al Sada and Al Turo in Pokémon Scarlet & Violet.

Main goal of these video concept ideas:
My main goal for these kind of videos is to be as creative as possible!
Let me explain:
- Firstly, my very first channel Mixeli (But also my latest one Volipok) post tons of Gameplays from Every Generation (Which once again was played and recorded by myself in it's entirety. It took me many years of works.)
My video have Educational Value and let me explain why: It does provide help to the user who watch the video. One of the few example for that is which musics is played from my gameplays. It could easily be found on video cards (The exclamation mark "!" you see on the video above at the right) and vice versa. (This mean that on this video for example, you could also find my actual battle gameplays of where this music is played)
- Secondly, My video are transformative enough, I took the time to play the game and recording the musics. I took the time to improve it's original quality using Vegas Pro. Thanks to a program called "Track EQ" that you can find on Vegas Pro.
This program allow the user to enhance it's original quality and further improving it. This need concentration as each version has different audio quality.
- Thirdly and as you have noticed: On each Generation, I use different background that I bought on a website called Shutterstock. (Which I have bought at least 336 pictures background, just so I can become as creative as possible and also work on a lot of different style using those background)
This kind of concept was created by myself since 2011. Today it has become one of the main concept of my channel that I personally created.
- Lastly is to bring the community together. I have noticed that so many people are commenting and giving their opinions on the video, sharing their experience about characters from the game, confirming theory, saying funny stuff and I find this extremely amazing and interesting! I don't want their comment to be unnoticed so I have plan for the future of my content about commenting and sharing their experience on videos that I will produce one day!

I still love how the opposing legendary starts by using Taunt, just to mock the Pokemon that they bested once before, only to be destroyed by it and the power of friendship

@@zaxcottgaming8206 Yep, always uses taunt as its first move. Technically all of its moves are hard coded though, so the fight feels more climactic and impressive

@@razorblaze4522 The first Taunt also serves another purpose beyond storytelling: it cues the player when to use Endure. (Of course, if you are like me and didn't think to use Endure, it's hard-coded to always hang on by the power of friendship, but my point still stands.) Using Giga Impact also serves a technical purpose: to allow the player to always move first with Tera Blast and not be KO'ed if they're unlucky enough to get a low damage roll on it.

@@miles6492 Close but not quite, the turn after the legendary uses Giga Impact/Hyper Beam and has to recharge you still don't get your Tera Orb charge. You're supposed to get one last hit and despair as there's no way that you could take them down with the moveset that the legendary has. He recharges and you're on 1HP. Just then your Orb gets charged, you get an omniboost to guarantee you move first, added to the +2 in your attack you previously had, Terablast is a guaranteed OHKO.

Hate to burst your bubble, but you can't actually lose this fight. No matter how many times the bully bike dragon tries to take out your bike dragon, they'll always stay at 1 HP until the time comes to Terastallize and blow the bully away with your own Dragon move.

I'm so glad this game did the unthinkable and made the legendary our partner and friend from the very beginning, it actually feels right when you're using it in battle because you didn't just catch it out of nowhere like you normally do with legendaries, like battling with them actually feels EARNED, And they are happy to battle with you

If you think about it, this is not opponent's Legendary theme, it's both YOUR Legendary's theme and YOUR theme. Everything started at that South Province's beach (letimotiff at 00:46) when you help this random dragon, a dragon that travels with you since then. Both of you met a lot of people, both of you helped each other. And with this song plays, it is the end of the road. Everything you learned is applied here while your partner face it's fear with you on it's side. *YOU* are Koraidon/Miraidon's treasure.

Honestly, being with the main legendary the whole game made this moment so much better considering we grown to known them, and be great friends with them It really made considerably their most important battle with them mean something rather than just meeting them to help fight off another legendary

the Security system locking everyone's pokeballs apart from the professors, and having to figure out what to do when the battle starts was absolutely top tier. As soon as I got to the battle menu after my character tried to throw a pokeball, I truly felt surprised that GF encorporated the battle UI into the story telling. Having Koraidon/Miraidon at the bottom of the party menu throughout the entire game subliminally telling us the pokemon is there was genius! Knowing the legendary pokemon was registered to the professor was a great way to get miraidon out to battle- this whole main scenario was just a giant step up from SwSh and hearing the main theme play as BGM for the battle just really encapsulates everything positive about the lore and story telling this generation.

Also if you take a bit before realising you need to send out Koraidon/Miraidon when you open the pokemon Menu you can hear them trying to get your attention, as if to say 'I can do this'

Headcanon; locking other’s pokeballs or creating fields that neutralize pokeballs is highly illegal, sorta like hijacking radio signals. Easy felony (or whatever is equivalent in that universe)

I like the difference between our Koraidon/Miraidon and the AI’s. Ours got to experience the world of Paldea. They made friends, enjoyed some delicacies, endured the hard times, and had a blast all the way through. During the final battle, they fought to protect the friends that they made on this journey. The Al’s is on the opposite side of the spectrum. Since an AI doesn’t have emotions, they cannot bond with Pokemon. The Koraidon/Miraidon owned by the AI only knows survival of the fittest, kill or be killed, be the last one standing. It doesn’t care about the feelings of others. It only has one purpose, to protect itself. It’s the difference between unity and isolation.

@@rizachan8892 same here. I'll note that the ride Koraidon/Miraidon is tied to that particular save file, and cannot be boxed nor traded for story reasons; they are our transportation around Paldea. The second Koraidon/Miraidon does not have these restrictions, although Game Freak could have done something like Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire here, since the Latios/Latias you obtain in those games can be traded away (or boxed) without affecting the player's ability to Soar over the skies of Hoenn. Part of the reason why we can get a second Koraidon/Miraidon probably has to do with the fact that the second one will be transferable to Gen 10 (and other games that have these two Pokémon coded in), whereas the one we obtain at the beginning of the game as a ride Pokémon will remain tied to that particular Scarlet or Violet save.

I'm pretty sure the AI professor's Raidon is just kind of... violent by nature? Like, your buddy literally has a quirky nature, whereas catching the other reveals it was basically born ready for combat. Plus AI Professor very clearly has emotions across the final cutscenes, they just presumably didn't explore them before we showed up since they would have realistically been either monitoring things or powered down at any given time. They WERE an advanced AI beyond what mankind could make after all, and people made Porygon who more or less functions like a living organism anyways.

When you realize that Koraidon and Miraidon, are our seventh member of the team this whole time. During the final battle, when our team members Poké Balls are locked, only Miraidon and Koraidon would stop their rivals. Good thing we can catch another one and trade it. Unlike Zacian and Zamazenta, they appear very last minute, both Miraidon and Koraidon have been with us since the beginning. However, we couldn't use them in battle until the endgame. In other words, they're more than just Legendaries or Ride Pokémon, they're our best friends.

Koraidon is body language expressive. Miraidon is expressive with the eye movement.

Miraidon manages to still be really expressive, even for a robotic Pokémon. (I've only played Violet so far. Might get Scarlet though to play through that story...)

I really like how unlike most legendaries that are brave and strong, Miraidon/Koraidon starts off weak and timid and becomes courageous because of you being brave. I don’t normally like the common trope of the “power of friendship” but in this case, I think it fits well!

Every trope is strong as long as you properly build theming around it. Just saying 'power of friendship wins lol' without displaying the benefits of such bonds just makes the whole thing feel toothless. In the case of Miraidon/Koraidon, he's literally with you in the beginning of the game. Everything you see in all three storylines, he sees too one way or another. He's there when Nemona relates to you when you're finally on her level. He's there when you're learning the story of Team Star and the incident that led them to avoiding school. He's there when you're watching Arven's most precious pet and lifelong friend FUCKING DYING and you two trying to find a way to restore him back to health. Miraidon/Koraidon watches first hand the great benefits of bonding and comradery. He grows strong alongside you and pretty much learns from you too. So when the moment comes where Miraidon/Koraidon has to face his demons, he gets to put everything that he learned by watching you the entire game (making friends and leaning on those bonds) into practice. So in this case, the 'power of friendship' is a very real thing for him because he saw first hand exactly what it can do. It's such a basic bit of storytelling that sometimes goes unnoticed until a great example comes around, like this game's story for instance.

Also you can use items and juice up your sandwich loving bike with X attacks and X defends. That big bully didn't stand a chance. xD

@@dangerwarg9682 Well, until the AI heads off in the time machine - it's likely their last act causes your 'Raidon to become registered as *your* Pokémon. But even afterwards, you can have them with you with a full team in Ride form... Or have them be a battle 'mon in their Battle form. Although they refuse to be boxed - almost like Pikachu for Ash. That's how strong their bond is: they don't want to leave your side, ever again. Not after the loss of their old Trainer.

I love the almost feel of a callback here. When My fuecoco couldn't fight the houndoom, miraidon steps in and uses the last of its power... Now fully nursed back to health, skeldirge can't figut once more. A small smile then leaps into action.

This was what worried me back when they first revealed that you'd be using *the* legendary as transport from the start of the game. Thought it would make the eventual legendary encounter feel less impactful. While I haven't gone and caught Koriadon yet (don't know how/where to either, but I wanna find out on my own later), I'm really glad that I ended up actually loving this decision. Felt really attached to it throughout the journey in a way I hadn't with previous legends, or even just mons in general.

1:08 I just want to cry every time I hear this. I already enjoyed it before the climax of the story, but seeing some robot “villain” tell you how you will fail and die, and while they’re in this cool pose as this triumphant music plays in the background to cheer you on is so cool and just… amazing. It’s polar opposites clashing, and it creates something that stirs my emotions greatly.

If you look closely at the name, it’s not even the AI. It’s marked PROFFESOR, so you’re very litteraly fighting the proffesor who’s last gambit to protect their dream is koraidon/miraidon

@@Cigmacica Ehhh, I wouldn’t say it’s the original Professor. Maybe his original dreams, but not actually him. Not unless they downloaded their consciousness into the AI after they died, but there was no mention of that, only that the AI was functioned with their memories long before the Professor even passed away. To be honest, I don’t even fully side with the AI lol. I don’t think cutting off access to our timeline for future/past Pokémon is the inherently best choice. There can be benefits to having them show up, especially with research. Here’s to hoping we see more about the Paradox Pokémon plot in the inevitable DLC!!

@@jackeroni216 I get Ultra Beast plot vibes. The thing with Ultra Beasts is that they aren’t dangerous simply because of their power, but because they are confused and lost. I have no doubt that the same logic holds true for Paradox Pokémon. If they truly felt they were a threat, they would have sent all of the Paradox Pokémon back to where they came from. But no, just leave them to (supposedly) destroy the ecosystem like they believe lmao. The entire plot feels… against what Pokémon is about, in my humble opinion.

I like how this is our Koraidon/Miraidon’s theme rather than the one we’re battling. The fact that it incorporates a more triumphant-sounding arrangement of the main route music makes it seem like our buddy is recalling our adventures together and that the bond we forged is giving them the strength to face and finally best their rival. I also think it’s interesting how our Koraidon/Miraidon is in a regular Poké Ball and not a Master Ball like the other Paradox Pokémon owned by Sada/Turo. I want to believe it’s because they’re such sweeties that they just willingly allowed themselves to be caught by the Professors.

I think the professor used a regular pokeball with the time machine as a test. Then as you said it allowed itself to be caught. Now being able to prove the existence of powerful unknown pokemon the professor potentially could have been granted access to unlimited masterballs to help with their research

@@katonnor he might have full masterball priveledge from the get go for being a professor. It is professor oak invention according to game's lore and given the technical data to silph co. To reproduced until they realized how op it can be to a point they only be given out to a select few people ie all professors and other important figure + item lottery.

Something I noticed about Koraidon and Miraidon’s cries is that they sound like cars. Koraidon goes “vroom-VROOM” and Miraidon goes “raw” like an electric car.

I don’t care if this fight was scripted in how it plays out, it makes for an exceptionally executed story beat. Our friend, a victim of bullying, reclaims their former strength and stands up to their bully as this triumphant score rings out, symbolizing they are no longer afraid and found their reason to fight again: for their friends. Every time this music hits, whether on a new playthrough, watching someone’s let’s play, or just listening here, I immediately get so hyped EVERY single time. Phenomenal piece.

I just had a thought that this isn’t meant to be the theme of fighting the other Koraidon/Miraidon. It’s the theme of ours coming to the rescue! We’ve become so used to legendary themes being about the challenge that the legendary poses in battle, but this is SO refreshing in both a thematic and musical sense. Love it!

There’s just no way to accurately describe the raw emotions when this fight starts. At first I was like shoot what do I do my team are down and the opposing miraidon is staring us down getting ready to do a ghetsis and I’m pressing evey option like WHAT DO I DO?! Then when I check my party to see the one we’ve stuck around with to help him get his strength and courage back pulsing with light and hearing his roar i legit almost cried like you? You want to help me? And sending him out and seeing him transform to return all the favors we did and realize he’s been our friend this entire time as well and we prove it through battle. I legit cheered and saw this underdog become a legend and to make it more intense the opposing miraidon got a crit and almost took out mine but “miraidon toughed it out so you wouldn’t feel sad” it’s been so long since a Pokémon game made me feel like I was IN there actually experiencing it first hand it was just wow

Probably because you can choose the one that is in battle form (though there is an option to us change bike to battle during post game) since Koraidon/Miraidon you use is always in the "7th" slot of your party.

It’s actually impressive that a Pokémon game made me feel so connected to the characters. I haven’t felt quite like that in a LONG time playing a mainline Pokémon game. Honestly don’t know if I ever have, and I’ve played every game since Crystal. Everyone felt so alive, even though they had no voices.

There's so many details I love in the buildup to this triumphant push. The whole moment where you're digging through your menus for *something* that can help, before quietly remember that your beloved lizard has always had their little portion next to your usual team the entire time. And the fact that their "bully" always opens up with Taunt is just perfect, giving the "bad one" just as much character as the good. I'm so proud of our weird reptile buddy. They've come so far... ;w;

This BGM has a strong feel to the Sun Moon version. The beginning of the beginning even made me feel like I was back to the moment when I got the Z-Crystal in the Sun/Moon. The middle part of the music also has that Alola feeling.

@@clover2660 not to mention the whole idea of bringing in Pokémon from some world alien to ours. Paradox Pokémon, Ultra Beasts... they're almost the same thing. Both have Abilities that give their stats a boost too! (Protosynthesis/Quark Drive and Beast Boost, respectively). That time machine definitely reminds me of those Ultra Wormholes from Gen 7. Not to mention the parallels I see between the characters of AI Sada and AI Turo and that of Lusamine; we start off by thinking they're good, but then they turn out to be the main antagonist. The same can be said about Chairman Rose's character in Gen 8, so this has been something consistent with the Pokémon games since Gen 7. Unlike previous generations up until Gen 6, the main antagonist does not comes from the "evil team." (neither Team Skull, Team Yell, nor Team Star; that said, Team Skull and the Aether Foundation do collaborate)

Finally, there was a group of Game Freak employees who traveled to Spain all the way back in 2016. I suspect a few of the (early) ideas for Scarlet and Violet might have been formulated around that time, which would have coincided with the time that Sun and Moon were in the final stages of development and nearing release.

When you think of it, all the paths that the player is going through, in the game, are made for this moment. The gym challenges prepared the legendary about learning new fighting skills with its trainer. The titan Pokémon story, made him stronger and prepared him to fight overpowerd Pokémon. And finally the team star story made the legendary realized that he could beat the one that bullied him. If this was planned by GF, then they are genius.

I didn't realize this fight was scripted as i only got brought down to one hp once, and seeing the 'toughed it out' message I haven't seen since my Incineroar tanked a lethal hit in the Ultra Necrozma fight before ending it brought me to tears.

It is their theme - besides, there's a different theme which plays during the first part of the 'fight' before you realise you can send out your 'raidon. And they don't have this theme when you catch them in the post-game. (And by that I mean post-credits - TWH I see as the capstone of the main game, instead of how becoming Champion is the capstone in most other Pokémon games)

This was the first Pokémon battle theme that made me burst into tears. Once the leitmotif kicked in, I lost it because I knew it meant the theme that’s been playing throughout the game this entire time, was you and your Koraidon/Miraidon’s theme. The whole “power of friendship” thing is cheesy in most cases, but for this game it just works and is so unbelievably emotional and sweet.

took them until 2020 to realize this, and it works, you literally see people practically worshipping Ogerpon and part of that is because they have it literally become your friend and have it travel with you for like half of the teal mask story I like this approach much better than “haha I am a godlike being that is going to sit in a cave and wait for some random 14 year old to come catch me” like that’s stupid, the new approach is much better, you get attached to the Pokémon and catching it feels rewarding and fun, I probably wouldn’t have kept Ogerpon on my team if it didn’t have that story with it

Im glad gamefreak had the balls to try out so much new stuff in these games. ignoring the FPS and Graphics this is imo the best pokemon game so far. Open world, legend is ur friend. the final *villain* is not just pulled out of a pocket and well written. Loved everysecond of it

Although I already knew about this fight due to the numerous Leaks, I can say that I enjoyed it a lot. Unlike the other legendaries themes, this one is joyful and triumphant, not powerful and menacing, as it symbolizes the relationship between the legendary and the player. They are friends, and they help each other, as Koraidon/Miraidon has helped the player throughout the adventure, we, the player, have helped Koraidon/Miraidon overcome their trauma.

The way everything glimmers to white before the battle begins...the triumphant music, the incredibly easy fight after the grueling boss battle against the AI...I was worried that there would be another tough one, but this one is more a super cutscene about friendship, and standing up for yourself, and this part just gave me a huge grin through and through, while my friends cheered me and this awesome music played.

The fact that this song comes and plays parts of the main theme in it while you’re at the climax of the story is such an emotional thing that, for the first time in years, I’ve actually cried seeing a fight play out. Koraidon's profile proclaiming we met at Poco Path rather than Area Zero reminds me that we really came all the way along grow to reach this far. He's really the buddy comparable to anime Pikachu we ever longed for.

I'd say with Necrozma's it was much more badass since it wasn't scripted like this one (my Noivern survived at 1 HP THREE ENTIRE TIMES and eventually defeated Necrozma, I think I used up all the luck I could get in the Universe during that moment)

This being a remix of the S/M Champion theme, my favorite Pokemon theme of all time, only propels it further up my ranking of Pokemon themes. Such a good track to cap off the Paldea journey

Absolutely love the fact that the other Koriadon/Miraidon is mainly there in the post game so you could trade it away, but when you catch it your legendary let’s out a cry of anger and confusion. Like it’s like “What the fu”

I like to imagine they're reacting to each other, like one's being like "HEY!! (aggressive)" or something and the rideable one is just "HUH??????"

Alternatively, an inverse is also a fun interpretation. The rideable one, no longer afraid of them, is like "Oh! You're here too now!" meanwhile the aggressive one is just "WTF????". Definitely fits for me since I just lobbed a Master Ball at the lizard.
