1:34 Hi! Just wanted to correct you, they aren’t the first generation of hashiras. Hashiras existed before them. It’s stated in the manga that Muzan was intrigued by the sengoku eras hashiras since the breathing techniques were invented and it made fighting the demon slayers more interesting but he quickly grew bored of it. This implies that there were generations of Hashiras before Yoriichi but just that they didn’t have breathing techniques and just fought with plain nichirin katanas This is also stated by Yoriichi when he gets exiled out the DS corps, that ‘the hashiras wanted him wanted him to commit seppuku’ (basically just suicide, but you slash your stomach open with a sword) but the corps leader of the time (just a kid) didn’t want this and instead exiled him, thus sparing his life Also, we’re not sure if Yoriichi even was a hashira since it wasn’t stated in the manga, and you became a hashira if you killed 50 demons or one of the twelve kizuki so it was highly probable that Yoriichi wasn’t a hashira because he hadn’t even killed 50 demons yet or one of the twelve kizuki But don’t worry abt it! Both of these are common misconceptions within the fandom ^^

Rengoku is stronger than Giyuu, no ifs ands or buts, Giyuu Marked would die without Tanjiro where as Rengoku with no mark nearly killed Akaza

@@Ventrix47 Not at all. Azaka was far more worried about the sun than Rengoku's sword. Kaigaku had half his neck cut by Zenitsu and he was more angry than anything. Besides, even if Rengoku had cut his head off, he wouldn't have died, as Akaza can regrow his head.

@@CommentPositionInformer Akaza would of died, he only regrew it after facing Tanjiro and Giyuu where he was pushed harder than before and his thirst to become a higher ranked demon was at an all time high. when he faced Rengoku if his head was chopped off he would of died. I love Akaza but stop meat riding him. The Kaigaku point yeah he was pissed but thats cause he shared history with zenitsu, same with kokushibo and Yoruichi, Kaigaku cause Zenitsu who he saw as weak actually nearly killed him and Kokushibo who was jealous that even in his brothers old age and that he was a demon that his brother nearly killed him.
