Yep. A lot of these cards are from Champions Road in Japan which was a set of spiritual reprints (or reprints in some cases) of older cards.

Rayquaza is awesome but they keep putting him in so many sets, jeesh it's getting anoying. Also Charizard. Give other Pokemon a chance to shine, like typhlosion has never gotten an ex or gx yet.
