There is literally no reason. In season 1 he was actually cool with them briefly, but he started talking about how hot Katy was in front of them at a hockey game in season 1, and Reilly and Jonesy decided they didn't like him after that.

In this show I think he just is not ever nice to anybody he isnt sleeping with.

In the Shoresy show, it's revealed that Shoresy has a real dislike for younger players with big egos and big mouths. Unless they can keep up with his insults or his play. Reilly and Jonensy have huge attitudes and never spar back verbally except to say "f you", and aren't that good either. So they hit a sweetspot of characteristics he hates. Of course that's backfilling, in Letterkenny there's no reason for it except that Jared likes writing clever insults and doing voices.
