I like how for DLC1 it seems like the people responsible got inspired by Demon Slayer, that's pretty cool.

I think it was inspired after the legend of Momotaro, considering the Dog, Monkey and Pheasant Pokémon

My guess is that terapagos is a normal type and it will have an ability similar to multitype. And it could have a final form with gives it a new ability that allows it to switch tera types on the fly so it always gets a boosted attack when terastilized.

I think the teal mask might be a key that can unlock a more of area zero. And in part 2 we will learn how it is used to unlock area zeros depths and find the disk pokemon.
