Yeah same when I first played it I spent a lot of time in the wild area but now it’s in the way I don’t let myself catch Pokémon in the wild area and do Dynamax battles until I become champion, beat the 2 dlcs now you can do it all you want. Just catch the Pokémon on the routes. Besides it is so easy to get so over levelled I don’t know how you stay in the level range without de levelling in PKHex or using alternate teams.

i finished my playthrough of shield yesterday (the 29th), and i used one pokémon i originally planned to use for my full team. i planned on using the best team statistically, but i ended up using Cinderace, Manectric, Noivern, Toxicroak, Vaporeon, and Thievul. it was quite a fun playthrough! :D

I feel Raihan would have made a fitting Champion. Yea, Dragon is a bit long in the tooth now but it's still better than Leon who was just, awful; just the mega Try-hard version of Hop lol.

But you take say Nemona who is so much more involved, has connections to Higher Ups and actually gives you a half decent battle now and again and you feel She is never even trying, merely holding back which is proven in the end.

My thoughts on all of the gym leaders' teams: Milo: Use an Applin no matter how weak it is! Nessa: Should've had a Gmax Drednaw the first time. Kabu: Why did you not use the Carkol from the mine? Bea: Where's my boi Grapploct? Allister: Should've used an Eviolite Corsola. Opal: Why does your Togekiss have Hustle? Gordie: HAVE 4 MOVES ON YOUR BARBARACLE! Melony: Get some coverage, Darmanitan! Piers: Malamar and Obstagoon's Abilities aren't usable with their current movesets. Raihan: mOrE pOkEmOn!
