Updated Video: kzfaq.info/get/bejne/rN50nsRplbvFZ30.html Hey guys, MUST READ. BIG correction here. So the testing I did was in practice mode. Turns out the practice mode pokemon have VASTLY different stats. The stats I provided were for the Practice Mr Mime, practice Pikachu and practice snorlax I believe a better way to measure stats is to look at the substitute doll per pokemon. Corrected numbers for Mr. Mime at level 15. HP: 9402 Defense: 420 Sp Def. 361. I was under the impression that Substitute dolls were always the same, turns out they are a reflection of the player stats. I tested this later by adding stats to a pokemon and seeing those stats change in the substitute doll. I'm sorry for the confusion. I will have these corrected in future videos! It’s not bugged it swaps your defense and sp defense with the enemy and the training dummy has lower defenses than mr mine so when you swap with it you’ll do less damage cuz you raised its defense

Yeah, the training dummies having different stats really messed with me, they have lower everything. Not quite sure how to test the player stats, but I do think it's useful to have practice dummy stats that are relative to each other.

Snorlax should still be doing less damage, not more to you then because mr mime's defence is worse than snorlax, right? Yet you use guard swap and snorlax does more damage.

Somethings you missed: Every placement of barrier will trigger his passive. (not sure if passive stacks or is refreshed) Hitting all 3 physics (2 barrier +self) will reduce reach the max reduction. You can eject button during ult cast to increase the engage range on it. Placing a barrier on yourself and dancing around it will annoy lots of enemies I recommend buddy barrier, focus band and energy amp for items. Playing around your ult and team fighting potential.

Been loving this game. Pretty damn smooth controls for the switch. Feels realllll good. Been loving Lucario and Zeraroa so far. Moves just combo up pretty well in this game. And you really gotta be watching the field in this as opposed to other Mobas. When a match snowballs, boy does it go downhill rapidly.

Telling people to take Pokémon from the center at the beginning is a very good way to put your jungler behind. Make sure you're not taking from Speedster junglers because they require a lead to be fully potent and most don't come online until Level 5 (after one full clear of the starting 5 center Pokémon)

This is what got me into mime, now I like to joke with my friends that my baby boy (mine) isn’t strong enough. The whole gimmick is that I want mine to get a life steal if he uses confusion barrier cause it’s like shattering the Pokémon’s spines

Nice video. Mime & lucario are my 2 mains. I always pick one or the other, i also believe if jm not mistaken guard swap swaps your defense with targets special defense. From testing the special attack specs the stacks cap at 6. Other tips is you can have your wall aiming and use eject button then let go to place the wall fast.

You seem nice, like u don't have that air about you to be a aggressive streamer, I like that. Good video. Also, personally, when I use Mr. Mime, and the special sunglasses, I high tail it to the enemy goal to kill the closest mob to score quickly, least get in 3 goals before they finish leveling up, then I go level up, sure, at the start I'll be slow starting, but having the special atk up stack 3 times is too damn good in late game when they protecting the bases to much

A possible explanation for the psychic capping out is that debuffs might only last a certain amount of time and that time might be elapsing before you can get more psychics off

Cool and informative video so thanks! I have a question though: have you ever considered using Mr Mime as a tank? His "endurance" and "support" stats are basically as high as snorlax's and he has some good tanking abilities, especially his passive. Also he is in the support category so wouldn't you at least prioritise using him as a support character rather than an offensive one like you've described in this video?

He does have high health! Problem is that he doesn't have much to support tank gameplay in the form of skills, his filter passive helps a little bit. I think his support tag comes largely in his abilities to debuff and crowd control enemies.

@@SwingPoynt I'd been playing a lot of snorlax before starting with Mr Mime and I feel like the amount of cc and support a skilled Mr Mime could provide is on a similar level as a snorlax. But at the same time he can't really protect/heal himself as well as snorlax so that makes using him as a tank harder... At the end of the day it seems like Mr Mime is quite versitile anyways so one could play him in many different ways

SwingPoynt: You can jump with it over walls, keep that in mind if you wanna ambush somebody. Pokemon Unite: You can see trough walls.

It states clearly in the description for guard swap: swaps the "user's" defense and sp. Defense stats with those of another pokemon. So thats why you do the same damage to everyone you swap cuz you gave them your own stats. You take theirs. Be good to know the stats of the pokemon you're swapping with yours.

I do a completely different build. More tanky/sp attack mix. Lots of healing and with the CC I can be a healing tank for others too. :) Been playing with my friend in bot as support though, so like you said I tell them when their defense is down

Buddy barrier is what makes mime busted. Showtime unite attack+buddy barrier level 10+ Is insane. Win team fights with ease. I’m a solo que ultra rank. Buddy barrier, wise glasses and the assault vest are what I use. Also confusion+guard swap for chip and push back. Barrier only good in the early game due to more eject use, and attacks that get through barrier.

I think that guard swap is swapping Mr. Mime's defense and special defense stat with each other. So after using guard swap, his defense stat will decrease and his special defense will increase.

So..it's COMPLICATED. I did all my testing in practice mode. For some reason, enemy pokemon have different stats in practice mode. Like my Mr Mime, and the enemy Mr Mime have WILDLY different stats, even though they were the same level, no items, no status modifiers, etc.
