The market has definitely took a downturn unfortunately since a few years ago it seems but still some of the prices on the stuff on your binders at the start seem quite good for the rarer pikachus and vintage stuff. I was importing a few bits from Japan myself. I'll have to check out the store if I wanna fill some gaps. Been a while since I watched your content or pokemon in general, I kinda dipped out after shining fates

how do we actually get cards graded in psa or beckett in the uk?

Use middle man like @trust.grading, you can do directly but abit long and more expensive if you not sending 100s
