My theory: How Arceus egg came. It was made by Arceus and using his time power he came back to the time when there was nothing. He use his space power and created some space. He used his reality power and created his own egg from which he came to existence. Best KZfaqr :)

Before dialga time was controlled by Arceus who gave the power to dialga so Arceus may manipulate time and stop it before birth of dialga and started the time with dialga's birth if dialga dies time ends and a new time starts under control of Arceus who again can create dialga

Arceus created the world and he comes by an egg in the void, then created the world. He created Palkia and Dialga, they created the pokemon planet and the universe. Uxie,Mesprit,Azelf , created the human, Mesprit gived us Emotions, Uxie the knowledge, Azelf the equilibry. It's a long story and i know. (Groudon created the continents and Kyogre created oceans and seas, for who is interessed).

I think Pokemon has multiverse concept. A Pokemon from different universe (which was already existed) came for laying egg in which arcues has born.

You are forgeting one thing that arceus is a god and arceus created dialga and if arceus created dialga than arceus will also have a time control power because arceus is a god it have all the powers of all pokemon
