Funny enough the giant penguin priestess reminds me of an old Monty Python skit.

Even funnier since Sam and Max are reputable for making asides to their various non game/show/comic misadventures we probably haven't and will never see, this all just seems so par for the course and doesn't feel out of place at all.

That's par for the course for Sam and Max. Literally nothing is too out there for them.

I mean, in the show, Sam survived an energy blast shown to be powerful enough to vaporise planets without being injured. He’s basically immortal at this point.

Well to be honest some of this characters can or have the ability to travel between timelines

Well the place where they play poker, The inventory, is an omni-dimensional place that exists in every reality. But they all know of each other and know what the other person is doing

And since we see Portal, that means Half-Life is in this universe by extension, meaning Sam and Max canonically survived the Combine invasion of Earth, since they're seen in the future in Season Two.

Technically speaking, this story is SUPPOSED to be canon.

@@greatsageclok-roo9013 I looked into it and as far as I can tell it comes from a discussion thread on the Poker Night 2 steam page. A guy with the name ttg_Stemmie, with a little marker next to his name saying Telltale Alumni, hinted this story has something to do with a prior Sam and Max production. After several guesses by various peeps, a guy called Iattsam, correctly guessed these were junked plots from Freelance Police, and Stemmie openly confirmed this. He also said that the Penguin's home of 'Zyzobia' was originally called 'Subarctica'. To lift a direct quote regarding this in particular: The name "Zyzobia" is a major re-working. In the original story, the name of the Giant Penguin's homeland was "Subarctica," which I think we can all agree was NOT one of my more inspired efforts. "Zyzobia," on the other hand, is a mythical country created by my then-3-year-old-boys, which bears a striking resemblance to Redondo Beach So there's your fun fact for the day.

You mean with the visual gameplay to go with the audio? Unfortunately, or not to my knowledge. There might be a stray random gameplay video that features bits and pieces of the story, though. I've never seen the ending of it, though.

Maybe is "mañana serás el alma de los pingüinos" = "tomorrow you'll be the penguin's soul" Idk, it's a little hard to understand that part 'cause it's bad written._., it can also be "mañana tu alma será de los pingüinos" = "tomorrow your soul will belong to the penguins" Hope i could help with anything ._.
