The amount of those packs I opened as a kid is ridiculous..😂 If only I knew better as a 6 year old in the mid 90s 😑 The only packs I remember were from the last 8-10min of the video but it was def cool watching all of the new cards The amount of $1200 cards I had (in todays price) and sold for like $2 back then is actually absurd.. it hurts to see 😂

My 10 year old daughter is so into Pokémon now and out of all the KZfaq channels she watches, this is by far my favorite. I’m 43 and never got into Pokémon as a kid but I love playing the game with my daughter and buying my own booster packs. She just turned 10 and got a TON of Pokémon cards. She gets so excited along with you my dude. We just had baby number 3 and I have been spending a lot of time at home and have probably watched more of you than anything else and I’m totally ok with that when I see how happy she is watching your videos. It’s awesome!! Keep up the great work!

Having to see you open up some of your own personal collection for the video was tough, unsure what my favourite pack is though but probably have to go with the 1999 base sets as that's what I used to collect, I can remember trading in my full set in a binder to some guy on the market for a few fossil packs when they first came out, but I try to block this memory 😂

A huge psa return would be sweet to see what you could get for some of these cards and their actual grades. I think that would be awesome.

Absolutely loved watching this! Took me back to the day when I traded my entire collection of 1st gen to my best friend for a new skateboard deck I probably snapped a week later. I had the Charizard, Alakazam, Blastoise, etc. All shiny. I still remember thinking to myself how I couldn't believe my friend traded me a new skate deck for these cards. I reached out to him a couple years ago and he said he still had the cards and was debating selling them. He did. He bought a new house and I couldn't be happier for him. Obviously I am regretting it now, but at the time, my 14 year old self felt like the winner.

Heartgold Soulsilver Era + Call of Legends Era were the best in my opinion. Holos were still worth something, Prime cards were dope, the secret rares were awesome. And of course the card art quality and borders sealed the deal. If I had the money I'd rip those eras all day.

Most memorable set for me probably has to be eevee heroes. My favorite sets are the ones I had the most fun opening. Eevee heroes, celebrations, evolutions and hidden fates all had that chase for me and good hit rates that made opening the sets a blast.

Watching this took me back to Christmas in third grade when I got my first packs. They were ex frlg, and Crystal guardians. Even the common cards I loved because they were my first. And I still have a good chunk of them. To this day they remain some of my favorite cards in my collection.

I love any vintage set. But the new 151 has definitely caught my eye. That art work is amazing. The hits seem very good. But really anything Pokémon related is amazing.

In all honesty, i liked the pokemon go set the most. The arts were just so nice!

Fossil has to be my favorite set, due to opening them with my dad & brother, when they first came out. We’d get a pack each, from the local mall, every other Friday, when we’d go out to eat as a family. Good times……

My favorite set is actually evolutions... When I was a kid my mother wouldn't buy pokemon cards for me so, as soon as I was able to buy them myself, I fell in love with evolutions set because it reminded me a lot of those old vintage cards I couldn't buy (basically a reprint of base set as you said lol). Mom if you're reading this you lost 1000s of dollars not investing in your kid's dream LOL. (Love your vids a lot, you're keeping my passion alive brother).
