@@Hermski I've been using POK files on the KS2 Next, I've found the game remains poked from that point on and a .bak file is created. Not sure whats going on, havent opened the manual yet.

@@DaveLongcock yes that sounds like you created a snapshot of the poked game from the NMI menu. You may have replaced the main game file rather than creating a new file. The .BAK file backs up the old replaced file. So delete the new file and change the .BAC over to the original file extension. Or just delete them by both and download another game file.

@@Hermski I deleted the .bak file and was left with the poked game so yes, I had to download the original file. Wouldnt be so bad if the SD card wasnt so difficult to eject.

@@DaveLongcock yep, it's all a learning curve. I usually create a new snapshot too when I put in a poke. Naming it with poke and at the end of the new file.

Yea a little difference. They need to be programmed into the first loading part. Or a new program can be written to start the loading sequence.

I'm sure there will be, no guarantees but hints have been dropped.
