Hi guys, I'm alive and well in 2024 :) I'm very excited for Legends ZA and am working on a new, LONG video right now. I ended up leaving for a long time because I got bored of making Pokemon content at the time, didn't want to force videos out where my heart wasn't fully into them. Taking time away from youtube and Pokemon provided a nice refreshing break, and has reignited my enjoyment of the franchise. After the ZA announcement, I've been playing through Scarlet and Violet, and been enjoying experiencing all the new Pokemon and Paldea/DLC! Reading all your comments and seeing the awesome support, concern, and extremely kind messages makes me so happy, and I appreciate each and every one of you for watching over the years and getting this channel to over 1 million subs. Update: Mike is alive. He recently posted a reaction to the Legends: Z-A trailer on TikTok. He replied to a comment there saying he kinda fell out of love with Pokémon, but he’s been enjoying SV. He said he will return to KZfaq one day, he just doesn’t want to make any promises in case he breaks them.

Happy American Thanksgiving! We're celebrating today with this insane glitch - may or may not upload another video today as well because I'll be spending time with family :) Holding down the ZL, ZR and A buttons seems to also work - but hasn't been completely consistent for me so I mash. Just wanted to share my guess of what is happening with then cloning glitch: -When you enter battle, clone data of your party is set into your "Battle Party", which is what the battle scene uses instead of your normal party data. -You then use the glitch to change your normal party setup, sending some of them to the PC. This DOESN'T affect your "Battle Party". -When battle ends, the "Battle Party" updated data is copied back, overwriting each pokemon in your current normal party and giving you those duplicates, as the original are still on the PC.

I made a post on this video myself, but I tested it out with a Pokémon that was above the level it needed to evolve at, and once the duplication happened the duplicated Pokémon started to evolve. To add onto what you're saying, I think the game thinks the overwritten Pokémon leveled up a lot and goes "oh, it's above the level needed to evolve" If you were curious what I used to test, it was a level 16 budew, level 7 Pachirisu and a level 44 Wooper

I will patiently wait for your return. I do not know why you've stopped KZfaq for a bit, but any reason is fine. What some people do not understand is that they are not entitled to a KZfaqr's content. Subscribing does not entitle you to anything, you're just showing support. I am trying to do something like you did because it seems fun, but it is very hard for me to try to randomize the game. emulate it, etc. I will keep on pushing and trying. Thank you for your good content, and fun personality, Poketips.

This is such an op glitch, could duplicate master balls, ability patch/capsule, bottle caps and so much more, pretty sure it's the only way to get more than 1 lucky egg in the game as well.

Dear Mike, I am constantly checking your channel hoping to see another vid. I am so happy for you getting 1 Million subs. I hope you are happy and got your gold play button. You are one of, if not the best Poketubers out there. I remember you saying that you would upload in October 2022 after you moved, and in November 2022 soon after SV released. I am still hoping for more Pokemon Tips. I am hoping you aren't going to be inactive for 2 years, otherwise your channel may be deleted. SV is completely finished, since Mochi Mayhem released. I hope to see you before the next game, or at least Gen 10. Again, I am absolutely a huge fan. I hope to "see you in the next one" as you always say. I hope I can finally see another new vid, like reversal finding a shiny feebas after YEARS of hunting.

The Manaphy is available until February 21, 2022. So you don’t have to clone it if you don’t want to, at least if your gf gets the game before then.

Adding to the glitch fun: I used this glitch to get a single egg in my party (the manaphy egg). Entering a battle, it came out hatch, but I was sent to the poke center after the first round. Then there were the invisible infinite pokeballs being loaded up to "heal" so I had to turn off my game. Good thing I disable autosave before doing this. Also, thanks for all your hard work Mike

Poketips may be coming back, and I have the evidence. Abt 9 months ago, a really long time after this video, he liked a comment on his super scarlet video. His channel banner has also changed to scarlet/violet starters, and the game is no more than a month old. Poketips you have to come back, you were my favorite KZfaqr.
