Michael's got a lot of good charisma and he's great content but his main content is in creation of things (coding and robots) and Lily is also more of a creator (art and music) while Poki seems to be more of an organizer/editor/promoter style. Like she'll never do things too crazy, while Michael and even Lily will push on propriety.
