It's not correct. Belarus authorities basically "imported" them and let them into the country in order to bring them to polish border. Belarus has extremely good guarded borders so if there are young, violent immigrants there they had to be invited or let in.

Poland should do like Egypt! Look at the barriers Egypt built at their border w/Gaza. They have a buffer zone wide enough for military vehicles to travel between the two 20 foot high fences. The fences have several tight, overlapping rows of razor wire at the top, maybe 5 rows. Of course, they have problems with "tunnels" underneath 🙄 but they're flooded with water and raw sewage when they're found. 😂😂
