I feel like this is kinda out of nowhere but I have some stuff I think I should talking about Polar: - Between Polar and Hatsune Miku, Polar isn’t even a rip off or Walmart Miku, but people asume Polar is becuz there’s a picture of Polar in Hatsune Miku’s hair style. The difference between them are the hair colors and the musics - It’s okay to hate Polar but bringing the voice actor is not a okay stuff to do, Polar’s voice actor has nothing to do with this. They could have do this because of the problems and issues they are getting (example: not able to pay their bills, food/water etc..) - Polar DID not copy Hatsune Miku’s songs, Their songs are completely different types. I know this is out of nowhere but I really think I should stand for Polar’s voice actor. To me, her voice is beautiful! It’s okay if you don’t agree I am not forcing you to agree with what I am saying. Have a good day/night! Edit: wow 3 likes, I didn’t expect it! Anyways as usual, I got more clues that Polar isn’t even a copy of hatsune miku -The creator of Polar could have made the character a bit too similar to hatsune miku or they might get inspiration from hatsune miku’s first design (please search it on Google or safari for the beta design, the hairstyle does look very similar to Polar’s hairstyle!) -They might have a little similar in hair color since they do look the same, but it doesn’t mean you could just hate them for that, the difference is the type of music and the hairstyle but there is one that catches my eye, Polar is usually animated in 3D so it’s very different to hatsune miku. Yes I know there is some 3D animation of hatsune miku but it’s all mostly animated drawings -Polar usually has this mask that she always wear in the music videos, people assume they were too lazy to animate mouths or probably trying to ‘make it not look like hatsune miku’ but personally the creator must have different reasons, I mean Polar having a mask that hears her every time she speaks or sing, it could’ve been representing her as a robot or like a fictional character, or maybe the creator is working on practicing animating mouths (it does took time to learn, even creators learn and practice too) -Miku is used for all types of music, horror, happy or used for memes and comedy. But Polar is different, she makes musics with 2 music types: about love or about having feelings towards a person that she wants to close with but can’t because is a fictional character in the meta verse or it’s just very cool energetic music Conclusion: tbh, even tho Polar might look like a rip off but her musics are a banger tho. And the voice actor of Polar shouldn’t be taking such harsh words from people, she’s a human like us. We should respect and treat her like a human being instead treating her like a object to make fun off and use as a joke, we shouldn’t blame the voice actor for something that they even make at first.
