can someone explain to me why df does not equal to the gradient dot d(theta)? As f also varies with theta!

I was also scratching my head, he explains it in an early video apparently. Its just the unit vectors in the x and y direction. Hope that helps

@@ProfJeffreyChasnov there are a million different conventions on how to name units vectors, coordinates etc. -- it's not as apparent to anyone as you think, so its nice to just explain it if anyone asks. Thanks for your helpful video.
