Hey sorry I didn't get a notification for the comment Paul. Effectively I added 1.5" of clearance going from a 25 to the 28 as they do measure true to size. Thanks for the comment and sorry I didn't see this until now.

Haha yep. They got a little chipped up the first trip I took the machine on but to be fair spinning tires while crawling up rock faces isn't a everyday use. They haven't got any worse since and they are lightweight which allowed me to run much larger tires with no problem. If you can clear them on your machine, for the work I see you do in the videos I would recommend them! Thanks for checking out the video!

Yep, I'm still happy with it. No spacers were required. These tires are pretty lightweight compared to others but there was no real loss of power

@@Tyler_Koehn how do you like the tires? I have these on a 2000 Foreman, and really like them, they don't wear like you think they would. I just bought the same Polaris as you and am thinking about the upgrade. Thanks for the videos!

@@b-man9396 hey bman! They originally got pretty beat up the first trip I went on with them. Pretty disappointing but they haven't got worse since. Will need to take them for some more rock crawling to see if they get any worse. If I could do it again I would go with 29 or 29.5's. No noticeable power loss so far granted these are very lightweight 28's. More ranger vids to come thanks for watching!

Yeah they should, I'm debating going to 29.5 or 30's now. Just keep in mind the 28's I'm running are WAY lighter then most tires this size. I'm sure a heavier, larger tire will start impacting performance so keep that in mind. Let me know how it goes!

@@madmatt1175 i did have some initial wear that I was not expecting. But I was rock crawling so spinning tires at time of jagged slabs of stone. Since then they never got any worse. It just took the sharp edge of the lugs

No lift. Yeah unless they changed something you should have plenty of room

Hey Jesse, Partially built lol. if you look at a stock photo of one you'll see the center part of the bumper is factory on the base model. What I did make is that push bar. I bent it and simply welded it across the top of the factory front gaurd. I think it turned out great for the price of a sch 40 black pipe.

If they are lightweight like these I think you would be okay as long as you use low/ high range properly. I personally don't think I would clutch for them. Can always try and if you don't like it Order it up.

Top speed improved technically as it is governed at I belive 64 or so and the larger tire makes the machine read slower then actual. I did not notice any difference with the power. It's a rather torquey engine. Thanks for watching, More of vids on my page for the ranger so please subscribe!

Initially they took some beating while rock crawling but ever since then ( rounded edges) they've held up great. Nice lightweight mud tires.

@@Tyler_Koehn I’ve got the identical ranger and had the Zillas on my old foreman was thinking about them for my ranger

@@benfox9208 Im sure if you were happy with them on the foreman then they won't disappoint on the ranger. My only regret was not going bigger. haha Its so hard to gauge even after having these as a normal tire is so much heavier!
