After a few minutes looking over the mini rzr I figured out why it's not running good and the throttle was sticking sometimes. I spent some time going through every component and it turns out to be electrical and mechanical. The return spring not returning throttle sets off the throttle sticking safety devise and makes the motor run poorly.
