My rear axle gave me the same trouble so after hours of prying and no luck, I tried a wedging a ball joint separator in between and with a few hits axle popped right out.

great video as always, ive been a subscriber for years. i agree about the driver causing breakage to a point. bigger tires/wheels cause more rotational mass and stress. so given two sets of tires and wheels one smaller and lighter and the other larger and heavier the larger would exert more stress when compared to the smaller set at all speeds. they will both fail in time but given the same speed, conditions and time im pretty sure the smaller set would last longer. that being said, i have increased my tire size already along with wheel spacers and intend to lift more and increase tire size yet again. im sureyou knew this exactly just sayin for some others. we know the price of fun. i dont mind replacing parts and maintenance very much its cleaning freakin mud off.

I had the same problem pulling my axle off. I was afraid I might damage the differential with a pry bar, so I sprayed wd40 between the axle and differential and let it soak in overnight. The axle came off on the first pull the next morning. Hope this helps.

I have a 2013 Polaris Ranger 800. I rebuilt the front differential put new seals all around but the seal going to the drive sift is still leaking.I put another seal in it and still leaking.

That's the problem with all the power on dinky little axles your bound to do some repairs thanks to the brilliant engineering. You gotta get some aftermarket axles for sure.

I do I get the broken axle removed from the rear right side? It's broken at the inside knuckles closed to the machine.

do you risk damaging the real differential if a aftermarket axle is used

how do you know if axle is bent or broken? seems like its warped on one side but i can't tell if it is front or back.

When you put an apex engine, you should turboooo it!

you should use RCV axles, you won't ever break one of theirs, i hammer mine and i have never had a fail!!
