There's no such a thing as best equipments. Depends on the given scenario, just your smartphone alone can be a good enough option. But generally the first thing to get is a tripod. then you can step up your photography game with some moment lenses.

Lighting device and a foldable reflector(can be bought frm amazn)... Reflector can sometimes be used as shade...m not a pro but it helps a lot to make the photo better. Sometimes giving a little blur to the overall image in editing apps( also available on playstore) sometimes helps to reduce the artificial over sharpening of mobile photos---and gives it a slightly dslr feel... when taking photos, A slightly underexposed shot(not too much---just to save the highlights) is easier in post processing i think... Pliz feel free to correct if i am wrong...thanx...i am also learning...😊

Will a polarizer work when shooting through glass? I am traveling in October and bought a polarizer for landscape and will be using it on a Sony f/4 24-105 and a Sony 100-400 telephoto. I have two days in NYC where I plan to shoot from skyscrapers. Any suggestions you offer would be much appreciated. I am practicing before I leave but this is my first experience with a filter. It is a lot of work and I don't plan on using a tripod.
