We take the Mansory Bugatti Veyron out for a cruise only to find ourselves stuck in a traffic jam when a Las Vegas Police officer decided he didn't want us pulling into his lane! The result was an argument between the cop and the Bugatti owner. Then the police arrested the driver and used excessive force to slam him into the police car!

But most tow companies are worth a million dollars or even more... say they want the top of the line trucks 1 single 2020 kenworth t270 those go for half a million, then factor in all the equipment used, a decent tow company needs about 5 trucks too run effectively, so that’s 2 and a half million, $150,000 worth of equipment, then they have to have a shop big enough to store all 5 trucks, and extra storage for motorcycles that are impounded, roughly $1.5 million, then they hire tow operators and accountants and dispatchers, so by the time it’s all said and done about $5,000,000

The passenger could easily grab his arm and they can cause some serious dmg. I prefer the officer be safe, then him risking his body, and potentially having to use lethal force to protect himself.

Several rights violations and failure to follow proper police procedures, the officer did not read rights, did not identify themselves, may the litigation begin against the city. Every state requires every driver to yield to ANY emergency vehicle when the lights or lights/sirens are on, you don't "cut" someone off when you're performing a traffic stop.

9/10 times they do it because they are rushing to a scene and aren't allowed to run lights and sirens so they use lights quickly to get through intersections without risking giving away the advantage of stealth when arriving at the scene. Pretty easy concept if you actually use your brain instead of saying "so fuck em". By your phrasing it seems to me you aren't from the US in which case I can't say anything about other countries law enforcement because they DRASTICALLY differentiate in policy, training and such. Just don't look like an ass on a video that doesn't even involve your country's LE.

i would recommend investigation of this officer immediately. Those kinds of actions are unbelievable. Damon, let him know to have his attorney request ALL BODY CAM data. Especially audio. In transcribing is where this case is going to stand out. Hope it goes well. Stay safe

Fabuloso the footage disappears because in a court case it is unwise to post anything related to a police incodent, aka your fifth amendment rights. You do not want to void these while a courtcase is ongoing, nothing but trouble comes from it and i wouldnt be surprised if thats why we dont have a new video today i posted more in the comments of superspeeders rob’s videos related to court on the subject too where he didn’t speak of anything until it was over

Travis unfortunately that sometimes is the case but it has to be situations with multiple agencies involved, for instance chp uses transcribers like myself to review body cam/dash cam footage to even legitimize the officers accusations, if it doesnt goto us, internal affairs is notified immediately

The officer clearly was agitated and pushing him to sit down, he was power hungry and was looking for any reason to arrest him. Also in order for it to be assault he has to have the ability to carry out violence towards the officer, if hes sitting down in handcuffs I don't think he has that ability lol.

I know this is going to sound odd but I'm glad it was Houston today versus someone who could not have been able to post bail. It's scary to think this guy could ruin someone's life. Literally trying to hit you with a felony charge. Imagine what this guy has done to other people. This is the only reason I have so much disrespect towards law enforcement. It's really a love-hate relationship but at the same time, this guy is out destroying lives. Imagine this was a low-income individual that did get the charge for a felony. Literally would be dragging him down to suicide. This is not someone that should be representing and defending the law. This is scary and unjust. We need regulation on LEO's. Maybe this guy gets a kick out of destroying someone's life. Has even had a proper psychological test in the last 90 days? I mean no one really keeps everyone in check. Once they are out in the field they have a badge and power. They could use a weapon to kill someone. They could destroy someone's life in a matter of one event. We don't have a proper setup for LEO's; they make money by writing all these tickets and charges. They need funding in a different way so they could do the correct job. All I can say to people is this will never change, unfortunately. It will only get worse. My best advice is to take advantage of America's opportunities. Straight up if you don't have wealth. Our country can fuck you in the ass. Find a way to do whatever it takes to create wealth.

# 5 1) The cop slammed the door because he wouldnt put his feet in the car. That wasnt nearly enough force to "break his leg". That's a dumb comment. 2) None of the actual moving violation is on that recording so you have no idea if charges will stick or not. That will be verified by the Troopers dash cam in courtt proceedings. 3) I doubt that Trooper will even catch a write up, much less a suspension over that door slam.

Watch the video again, then think about what is NOT in the video. The video shows Mr. Temper Tantrum cutting in front of the cop. Blinker or not, there wasn't a whole lot of time between the blinker being on (if it was) and the driver changing lanes, add to that the fact that it wasn't completely safe for him to change lanes given how little space there was between his rear bumper and the cop's front bumper. Having s***loads of money to waste on a supercar doesn't mean you're a good driver. He was driving like a 15-year-old who just got his permit, stopped in the middle of the road (which is impeding traffic) instead of pulling off to the side like you're supposed to when a cop pulls you over, screams at the cop (and even more once he pulls over properly), then gets arrested. Not the cop's fault at all. He was doing his job. Could he have let the unsafe lane change slide? Sure, but then his boss would've seen the camera footage from his dash and known he let a law be broken. Doesn't matter that they were moving very slowly, it was an unsafe lane change.

I had this happened to me too. I never got pulled over, cop came to my work 4 hours later. State Trooper was so mad at me, he made up 5 charges just so I had to go to court to get all the charges dropped. Fleeing and Eluding, Obstruction of Offical Police business, 74 in a 55, no front plate and window tint. Even though this puke knew all these charges would not stick, I still had to go to court with a lawyer to get them dropped. I won, but that puke cost me 2k to prove I was right. Like my lawyer said, this was a battle of the ego's. The dashcam video is posted to my channel.

Legal fees are completely on each person. Cops know this shit so even if they don't have a case they still send people to court to suck whatever money they can out of them. New York is notorious for this with their Stop and Frisk program. Before it was ruled unconstitutional they averaged over 700k suspicion less terry stops and nearly all resulted in summons.

He has every right to yell at the cop, its a cops job to keep calm and not make the situation more heated which he did. I love officers and this one was definitely in the wrong. As an officer you have to have a cool and collected mind, you are there to keep people safe and help the community. This was dangerous and very aggressive, everything this officer did, even the false reports (He will have a fun time in court) could very well get him fired. I am all for law enforcement and back them if they are doing their jobs correctly, but this officer did not.
