Security, next time physically remove him using reasonable force. If he resists, report him to the police for aggravated trespass. You pointed out he was trespassing, you asked him to leave and he refused to leave. Frauditor - nowhere, anywhere does it say that the job of security is to observe and report. They can and indeed should have thrown you out on your arse (using reasonable force of course)

I really like this auditor. I'm slightly confused with this one though. Why was this not aggregated trespass, because he was asked to leave and refused? I have watched literally thousands of these videos, and as RAW said, this is the first one where the police have taken the side of the camera man.

As always happy to do anything but real police work like visiting people whose homes have been burgled or assault victims or scam victims or even keeping an eye on known child molesters, sex pests, suspected drug dealers and organised crime figures.
