A man is facing assault and bias crime charges after an altercation with two men in the downtown area.

Actually it is probably drugs or alcohol not streets that make people look older. Then again he probably doesn't remember he's older than that because it's a wonder drugs don't make them forget their names.

This is one of the many things I hate about most homeless these days. Tho I am one I can't accept this behavior of having dogs trained to attack on the streets. I get needing to protect yourself but lots are just sicking their dogs on innocent people or letting them run loose and attack people. Often while walking to get food a dog attacks me and they say " he/she is friendly. He/she won't hurt you" um if that was so how come it just jumped at me growling, is my thought. I don't know who truly started it we weren't there to see it, but they are quick to use a dog as a weapon.

I understand equal rights, however, if verbally conveying information to the public is the goal, then it is less than optimum to use someone with a speech impediment to do this conveyance.
