Absolutely ridiculous. No recording on that day we where asked to leave as C.J hadn't set his Cameras up yet ! Manager should sort out the disgusting seating at windows. Big liar's

Saved a few of the Gypsy wedding party from getting psrking tickets in front of the hotel . Worked in some top class hotels and Management always think they are better than the other staff! I

I remember the first time and now even more lies and disrespecting the public. This man came to complain then gets verbally abused by thugs behind this desk Jonathan you can do much better than this shame on you, you gave this man no respect. Sorry your stay was not a good one we will look into this sir that’s all Johnathan had to say. He needs more training not his first time disrespecting customers what a shame on him.
