Actually I'm Not an Expert as Sir... But Jitna mere Jankari k Anusar Ek Defence Personnel ko Arrest Kiya to Ja Saktha hai Par... But Unhe Apne Dept k Hawale karna padh Sakhta hai... COURT MARTIAL me unka Jurisdiction hota hai.. aur shayad Highcourt aur Supreme Court ne Sangyan liya to wah bhi mamla chal saktha hai... baki sir ki expert rai jaan lejiyega...🙏
