AzZaMaTr0n he was trespassing? How did the employee know he wasnt going to assault him? If someone stepped into my personal space without warning they would get more than just pushed away. I don’t understand why you are trying to justify his behaviour... that to me says that you saw nothing wrong with what he did.

Does Manchester have street surveillance CCTV? One thing about the term "sick", is that someone whose first language isn't English may be quite likely to misunderstand what is meant by and take it as a direct insult, such as in response to his nationality.
